Like myself can tell you like to do things to a high standard or like myself what feels is only right. Where others would say you really do think to much about it but my argument is well I do this much detail or thinking for a reason I,e to prevent any poor work or final outcome or potential hazards. I’d say if it wasn’t for thinking this way then you can’t possibly achieve what you want and really all your doing is taking all that knowledge you’ve gained throughout the years and considering every sort of potential pitfall in the process. I believe generally when people say you think too much or over complicate it it’s really just a case that they (with respect) don’t understand the know how on why or how it matters to consider things so deeply etc. Hope this makes sense but I’m just acknowledging your mention of your mental health and letting you know that we can all get to a point where things get so stressful as the way say we want to do things correct but outside influences be it in work or outside of work can be in opposition to how we think and act. Best thing is work life balance, healthy diet etc. This is meant in nicest way my friend and hope you can identify with anything I’m saying. If not I’ll shut up 😆 Nice detailed videos 👍🏻
