It also comes with a front utility bumper with a built in front hitch. It’s the best unit for any utility oriented customer. Also the 6x6 Big boss is built for two up riding as well, failed to mention that.
I’m asking about single cylinders like the kodiak 700 ,, base model no bells no whistle on the machine , how does it stack up against other single cylinder , machine ,, , I been thinking off buying a Kodiak 700 base model no electric steering no speedometer, just base model ,

I was always a Yamaha guy until I bought a 2017 grizzly 708!!! 100% the worst bike Yamaha ever made that I drove. Even with the recall she burns more oil than gas. Now I’m about to do the top end for the 3rd time in 7000kms. When that’s done it’s getting traded for a new Honda and Yamaha can lick dezz nuts. 25 years of buying nothing but Yamaha and they never did make things right with me. FYI They also have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with!!!!
Have had just the opposite luck with my 2017 Kodiak 708CC. Been perfect since day one. Of 'Course mine didn't have the recall like the early 2016s. (did have to change the starter, like so many have had to do, due to the magnets becoming unglued) Love the Subaru DOHC 708.
That 708 cc engine was built by Fuji/ Subaru for a few years and they were horrible engines Yamaha stopped using them and have been using the original 686 cc engine built by Yamaha and have been having good luck with it.

I don't think that Honda Rubicon has an independent rear suspension system..
It does have independent rear suspension, with a single rear disk brake on the driveshaft.
