Thanks for watching! Keep in mind, this is just an introduction to this topic. We'll go into more detail in a subsequent video.

It's an interesting dilemma. I'm extremely intolerant of intolerant people. But to some extent I'd rather they said it out loud, so I know who I'm dealing with. There have been times where I've been really floored by someone expressing beliefs I had no idea they held and that I found abhorrent. If it's said out loud then I can choose to not associate with them. When those beliefs make their way into politics is what I find really scary. Or where it turns into physical danger or reduces the ability of other people to live their lives freely.

When you take any idea to it's extreme, it becomes an ideologoy, and when you do that congrats you have just managed to get rid of any philosophical thinking on the subject. Now how should we draw the lines of what we accept and we don't accept as a society that's a totally different subject, but my guess would same way how we determine everything else as a society.

TO Silence someone is WRONG- its another to condition someone to believe things that arent true & spin your own narrative /agenda , cause you dont like them , live and let live- I live in a nation that is artificially divided by political forces on both sides , that can only survive when they are at war with each other- This is sad- I try to provide people with whats needed to build character spirituality & self esteem- stand on there own 2feet- have minds of there own that see the whole picture, weaned outa comfort zone. It doesnt matter if there young old gay straight black white yale or jail- all us citizens & legal immigants all get treated the same 100% all the time/have same opportunities- If someone makes a mess outa the free will all humans are given its on them- 1$ earned has greater value than 10$ not

Well, this is the issue, can we simultaneously say that everyone should be able to do what they want and allow them to do things which restricts what others do? Or should we restrict those who restrict others?

@@ethanbenson the answer would have to be no or do nothing until each individual situation with details was looked at by a non biased trusting group of your peers- otherwise there would be chaos and another war would break out-
