If you go again, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens is beautiful and a great day out. Me and my then boyfriend bought matching hats there on our trip and he lost it on a future Florida trip. We are now married and always speaks about losing his hat, because of the memories.

Love love the NY vlogs ,I've been to NY 3times ,twice at Xmas n once in Sept n the weather was glorious, ii loved NY more in the summer, its so lovely nick that you got to go where your mum had visited ❤

Its so awesome how you guys embraced the subway and used it its so much more cost effective! So many tourists who come to the city are scared off by it but it was so great to see you jump right in!!!
Great series thus far, I saw the Back to Future show in London and it was absolutely amazing, if you get chance to see it then it’s definitely a must do, enjoy rest of your trip

The wooden escalators in Macy's have been there since it opened. I believe they were the first of their kind but I might be wrong

Right Next door to serafina was the home of Nelson Sullivan an American videographer who chronicled life in Downtown Manhattan’s arts and club scene from 1983 until his death. His hundreds of videos documented daily life in the city, wild nights out on the town, and private moments with his many famous friends . he was known as the first ever Vlogger .They have a museum above the gallery right next door .

Loving the NYC vlogs 😊 gutted to hear Nick say he hates London, our amazing capital city! We have visited a and there is sooo much to do and packed with history. Each time we go we see a show and last time we did Tower of London, London Eye, Thames Cruise, The Shard, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace others. Maybe revisit and vlog like you have with NYC 😊

I know it’s not particularly your thing, but during most of the trips I took to New York City, my evenings were spent going to Broadway shows. Of course, that was when a Broadway show cost less than $20 to see rather than the hundreds of dollars they seem to cost now. I never found New York City all that intimidating either, at least if you stay in fairly well-traveled areas. And it looks like you’ve chosen wisely the places you went.

What a great video…again. I think The Edge view is better than ESB only because you have the big glass panels with no metal to obstruct the views. At least it came over on camera that way to me….. never been myself 😂😂😂. I live vicariously through you two. I appreciate all the subway info and film.

I live here in the US and felt the same way about New York. Never wanted to go really but when I did- I loved it! I also want to visit London. I hope I don’t hate it though.
Yup! Not a fan of heights. The last building I was on that high was one of the Towers many years ago. I was scared out of mind. Unlike the Empire State building, the top of the Towers was the actual top, no spire.
An idea for your next trip is the Roosevelt Aerial Tram. It is great for views of the Manhattan skyline and feels like the old King Kong ride at Universal! It goes over the East River to Roosevelt Island. It's approx $4 return. Loving your trip. Great fun.

Loving your NYC vlogs. We enjoyed Ellen’s diner too and I can highly recommend Back to the Future show, I’ve seen it three times on the west end and Nick I think you will be blow away by what they do in the show 🤐
We did Top of the Rock so we could get photos of the Empire State but I’m now thinking we need to go up there now too… looks like We need to go back again. If you do go back you need to do the Segways around central park and try Joes pizza, it was in the first Spider-Man film, he worked there.
I’ve not seen the BTTF musical yet (it’s on the list for this year) but one of my friends whose a huge fan of the films like me has seen it and said it’s really good, even as fan of the films
Plan to go to New York at some point and would love to experience those amazing views but I’m not great with heights so not sure how I’d handle it. Any tips on getting over the fear other than just doing it?
Don’t think I’ll be sticking my head out of the top of empire state that’s for sure. 😂
