- The SureSevo2 Servo system natively has over 16 million pulses per revolution. But most of the time your system will need to send a lot less than that to get one full revolution. That's where electronic gearing comes in handy. You can set the SureServo2 servo system up to accept any number of pulses per revolution so it works best with your system. The beauty of electronic gearing is you never loose accuracy - you still get 16 million pulses per revolution of accuracy, you just do it in fewer steps.

Can this channel possibly make a video covering a master encoder with the Sure Servo 2 where you can have multiple servos running on the same speed? That would be very helpful for many reasons, thank you for all your videos they are very well done.

Meanwhile, if you simply connect the encoder to several servos in parallel it should get you close. Use this vide o (www.automationdirect.com/videos/video?videoToPlay=fwSvSRdvV9M&q=SureServo2) as a guide, except replace the PLC with the encoder.
