The little rifle was bang on while you were cracken away mate. When I say mate, I mean like they do in Australia or the UK and the like. Not like we are homos tegether or anything like that. Want to put a shrimp on the barby?

any of those around 700fps is a 25 to 30 yard ammo, cci standards in my dads old1980s jw15 norinco 10 shots touch each other at 50 yards, so maybe try those, but you know each rifle is different.
but we didnt get much choice of ammo in the 70s 80s, we just used whatever was cheap, aint nothing cheap anymore in australia.
we never liked hollow points for rabbits, round nose equals less bruising.
the old civic ammo was good, accuracy is king, the debate on hollow point vs segment vs high speed, is irrelevant if its not accurate.
gun owners in australia are the most oppressed people in our country.

Will keep plugging away. Winchester PowerPoints seem to be winning at the moment.

What is the most accurate barrel length 18 or 20 inch ?

Not sure that it really matters with a .22LR. I’m sure others will have different views though. With open sights the extra sight length may make it slightly more accurate to shoot but I don’t think that is a result of the extra distance of barrel the bullet has to travel.
