Clearing Part 2 - Nepomuceno Street

The SO-ACU team returned to Nepomuceno Street for the second day in a row.
It was good to see that some of the vehicles which had been ticketed for illegal parking yesterday, had already found alternative parking.
Although there were still many vehicles that were ticketed for two days in a row.
The team also continued to Carlos Palanca where paid parking on the road and sidewalk is approved by the City, through the use of parking attendants.
Unfortunately several vehicles did not have parking tickets from the attendant, which led to them being penalized by the MMDA for illegal parking.
There was some tension between enforcers and a parking attendant who allegedly started writing out late tickets to vehicles that the MMDA were apprehending.
He allegedly told enforcers that he hadn't given tickets to the parked cars because he didn't have his ticket book with him.
This could potentially cause an issue later if the MMDA violation is contested. Because the driver might show the ticket issued by the parking attendant and claim they had paid for parking. But according to enforcers, the ticket was only written AFTER they started apprehending the vehicles for illegal parking.
