Now there’s a reason to consider the stribog
Thanks for sharing

That's Rad!! Awesome job Walter
Well done for this innovative effort. I expect a lot of us Stribog owners will be lining up to buy.
I read 350$ for the lower.
@@salcidojosiah yeah that's pricey.
Been waiting for it thanks for the great video Babyface p Walter you are the man
I take it this fizzled out since you have no mention of it on your safety harbor site?
Basically
So on the first mag dump the bolt locked back. On the second and third dumps it didn't. Am I missing something?
I’m waiting on it to come out. Please let me know when.
I get the aesthetics factor, but the ability to share Mags between the primary and secondary weapons totally outweighs the "looks" issue. For anyone with a Glock 17/19/26 etc Pistol, this is a HUGE(and possible lifesaving) benefit. Allows you to stay in the fight much longer if either fails.
They need to restock the tail hook. Iv been waiting forever lol
Likewise! I'm ready to get my hands on one!
Glad you got your own channel bro goodshit....stribog 4life
Oh there's load more content coming down the pike too. Hoping I can throw a unique spin on gun life.
I'm a lefty, and being full ambi was one of the reasons I wanted this gun. So no more ambi mag release???
The mag release is in the best spot for lefties I think being a lefty but it should be ambi.
When is this coming out ? We need this.
Very nice Walters done a GREAT job. :)
I just came across this video and went to the website and don’t see this lower
So gotta wait for a gen 2 for ambi mag release
So whatever happened to this lower? I don't see it on the Safety Harbor Firearms website.
Great video and presentation. Unfortunately, another unicorn as of 10/9/2021. - Great idea and execution, but sourcing and delivering small manufacturing quantities is super expensive.
Just ordered a Stribog. Can Walter make a lower for P320 magazines? Washington State is passing 15 round magazine capacity law. No more than 15 round while transporting/ carrying. Even for home defense. U better shoot home invaders with 15 round magazine. I’ve been buying 15 round magazines for my P320 compact and FCU Exo 1. I’ll be ordering 3 more 30 round mags for my Stribog for total of 6, unless SHF Lower is affordable
I think they have plans to expand the line but not sure which mags they are going to use.
I called Velocity Triggers, and emailed them, about a drop in trigger for Stribogs. They said they’re already in the works for a Scorpion Evo drop in trigger, and Stribog was in the conversation for one as well.
Watch for these, printed on ebay
Just found the channel. This is super interesting. I'm curious about what is considered to be the serialized "firearm" part of the Stribog: the upper or lower? If it's the lower, this is a second firearm. The left side-only mag release is a deal breaker for me. Looking for an AR style right side mag release.
Glad you're here! The right side mag button gave issues and didn't secure the mags well. I can tell you the left side wasn't too bad but I totally understand the complaint.
should have done a paddle release or a standard ar release
I'm interested if priced right and reliable I'm buying one. Cool product im picking up my Stribog today.
Cant find it on their website???
Yep, no such thing as of 10/9/2021 @ 10:36 am. The maker got the horse before the cart. My guess is that production run numbers are very low so price per unit it ridiculously high. Like $500+ each because of tooling. There are too many very good PCC below $1,500.00. And some good options below $750.00.
As a one off, we witnessed it exists and works.
My only question is how much is this lower going to cost??
Cool, I need this.
I find it very difficult to load the 30 round Stribog mags, even with a speed loader one round at a time I can barely do it.
I have loaded many Glock mags with a speed loader, piece of cake.
Question on this, I have the HB Industries bolt release coming soon to replace the stock one, I hope it will work with this Glock conversion.
I would rather a lower that can use scorpion mags or better yet just reinforced stock stribog mags
After this hits, scorpion mag lower is next. That's the one I really want.
@@BabyFaceP OMG scorpion mags would be so dope. I got a micro scorpion when I had to leave my stribog in my safe because the mags kept cracking and failing. Now I have a shit load of scorpion mags I love them. Would be perfect for the stribog. Can't wait to be able to trust mine again.
@@FromPlsNerf I believe the plan it to build around the PSA scorpion mags specifically because of their price and availability, which means CZ branded mags would work as well.
@@BabyFaceP Any talk of a P320 magazine compatible lower for this weapon? Glock is nice, but I'm trying to switch my kit out for my Sig P320 once that's sorted out.
@@ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz I haven't heard anything, but it really depends on demand Im sure.
Fail on mag release, Left side why,No drop free option. could just replicate any AR-9 mag release here.
So doesn’t hold bolt open after last round?
So where can I get one of these lowers
And...... it never happened
So year later where the fuck is it!?
Where can we get the Glock stribog lower?
Are these available anymore?
wonder if this will take standard AR triggers or binaries? Also will it be a serialized item? I Form 1'd my Stribog so would i need to do that to this? or is it like a FAL where the upper is the actual firearm versus the lower like a AR15? EDIT, I just finished the video and looks like it does take ar Triggers. Very sweet, wonder what the street price of this thivng is going to be
Is this still going to be produced? Very interested.
when is this coming out?
Trying to get an update.
Where is this now!?
Need the KES... this too... man I'm going to be broke soon as they are in stock.
What are the 30 round mags in the video with the bump surface?
Korean KCI mags I think
And the Safety Harbor Tail hook right?
This ever going to see the light of day?
No idea at this point
But does it take P320 mags?
No I'd rather have scorpion mags.
Very Nice!!!
I'm in love
Any updates?
how much bucks ?
Do you think the A3 will accept Glock mags?
So it appears that the LRBHO is iffy? Held back on the first mag and not the last 2. Still not a deal breaker👍🇺🇸
I don't think it failed on Hank's video but yeah it didn't like my G19 mag for some reason. I think the other time my thumb was on the bolt catch but not sure. When Walter brings it out I'll run it hard to make sure.
@@BabyFaceP ok I heard you mention Hank! Hank Strange?
@@UncleDanBand64 Yeah he's a good friend. I use his range to film.
@@BabyFaceP yeah I found his video with you and Walter in it! Thanks for your replies. I notice the LRBHO is better with the long mags. I have a bunch of Glock fed 9mm options but, you can never have to many😂
i'd prefer stribog mags. when are the tailhook braces going to be in stock?
I need this for my gun, please help.
I Like it !
SP9A3?
Where can I get it?
Once the steel reinforced mags hit the market, there will be no need to drop another 350.00 into a 650.00 gun...
Unless you want to drop an AR-15 Timney trigger into a Stribog.
@@matts1166 Or a rare breed forced reset trigger :)
Добрый день где можно купить?
Where can i find this lower?
500 or 700? Why not 900 or even more?
Who is Walter?
The owner of Safety Harbor Firearms
Any update on whether this is available??
I have kicked Safety Harbor over these so many times and they never got built. Maybe I'll steal his cad files and produce them myself
@@BabyFaceP yes, please do! And let us know!
@@BabyFacePpls do
Any updates on this?
Nothing yet, still waiting as well.
No lockback on empty?
It does, just didn't like my Glock 19 mag for some reason.
No last round bolt hold open?
It held open on the first mag, not the second or third. To be fair he said it is a prototype still.
@@TheTimadin I think I was holding the bolt catch.
no hold open?
It has it, it didn't like my old Glock 19 mag for some reason.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Does last round bold hold open work?
Yes I watched Hanks video first ran flawlessly
Why would you do this to a Stribog?
Try finding a Stribog 15 round mag that is reliable. Hell, just try finding a Stribog mag......... BTW - my states max capacity is 15 rounds, and I would like to avoid 10 round mags w/o the metal lip which is all Stribog has. Glock mags of all sizes are everywhere. I wish someone would support the Stribog A3 with magazines that work...........
@@happyphotoshooter That is a good point. However I got bunch of mags a long time ago. sorry brag. :P
This is cool but enless they sell the upper and lower separately they won't sell many. No one wants to have useless old lower laying around. For 350 I'll pass. 100$ I'd think about it.
Well said.
Haha cheap ass. You would only be so lucky as to willingly swap lowers to use a metal mag. Some people make me laugh.
So because you can't afford it, no one wants the option? Should bought a Scorpion you cheapo
@@msawyer110 I have a scorpion, stribog, ar9, and vector. I'm not a cheap ass, the issue with the stribog is the mags not to lower.
@@salcidojosiah ar9's are stupid af and cheap. Takes 2-3 of your guns to reach the price of 1 APC 9 no brace. You are cheap compared to me. I have a Noveske 556 with acog,t2 combo, surefire, ssp trigger. You are cheap!
I don't know why this bothers me so much but you butchered the name of the gun. Love the glock lower. Is there a round about price for it?
I have seen them for 279. Seem to be around.
Say...isn't that your jacket pocket smeared all over the can?
I have no idea what you mean good sir. I would never!
I wish he made the lower for the original mags as well not just for glock
didn't know Seth Rogen was into guns?
I don't like the whole glock mag lower trend. It looks like ass. And please don't mention the reliability thing... it is 2020, glock is not the only company making reliable mags.
I dont like buying new proprietary magazines for every weapon. We have a STANAG pattern that we use for 5.56/.223 rifles, AR15, SCAR-16, ACR, MCX, HK416, L85, F2000, some AUGs and some G36s, Tavor, MDR, possibly a model of FAMAS but dont quote me on that, and even the Ruger Aerican and Ranch series bolt actions use a standard STANAG magazine.
Double-stack, double-feed magazines are so far the best magazine design for automatic weapons. Very few successful submachineguns had single-feed box magazines. Single-feed handgun magazine are not the best option for submachineguns.
But with all that being said, remember...your Stribog, your CMMG, your Kriss, your APC9/GHM9, your Scorpion, your MP5, your MPX will probably never be full-auto. Like 99% of shooters, you will probably never have a full-auto 9mm shooter. If you do, congratulations. But if youre a normal gun owner the logistical benefit of already having a good number of Glock magazines (or insert preferred manufacturer here. I have a decent number of both G17 and P320 magazines) either already in your possession or on the shelf ready to purchase *FAR* outweighs the benefit of full-auto function that may only hypothetically reach the normal user. Having your PDW/PCC take the same magazines as your handgun is just an extra step above it being chambered in the same cartridge as your existing handgun.
Personally, Im waiting for the Glcok *AND* Sig lowers to become available for the GHM9, because why choose just one? I have no interest in the 2 proprietary magazines that come with the gun that dont fit anything else I own, and are both pricy and hard to source.
@@ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz ya, no thanks it looks like ass.
Still no mention of price.
I don't think he's figured that out yet. There are some stamped parts and pins and what not that need to be factored in. Walter mentioned that he's seeking out some companies at shot to get prices on getting those small parts made.
@@BabyFaceP Will it be available as a completed lower or just a lower that will need assembly and additional parts required?
@@oldhickory2064 Complete from what I'd being told.
looks weird the angle, aesthetics.
belbro62 reason I built a colt ar9. Can’t stand the rear angled look with glock mags
looks dumb but thats what you get with glock i guess
