    Right on the head! I have started younger with oracles cards, because they're fun and developed my intuition. Later on, after seeing a few times a Lenormand reader, I just fell in love with this art and had to purchase my very first deck. Lenormand is SO precise, more practical if you want to have certain questions answered. Tarot is good too, but goes better to read energies. Of course, you can answer questions with the tarot and Lenormand can read energies as well, but to me Lenormand has my heart and is very special in its on way.💫

      I completely agree, the Lenormand speak to me in the same way - so direct which is entirely my style for a quick answer! ❤️

    I find oracle cards to be frustratingly vague, though I would like to have two or three good decks on hand to use in connection with tarot spreads. As for Lenormand, a random occurrence last year sparked an intense interest for me, especially in their predictive capacity. However, I found the cards difficult to read and use. Would you consider doing a tutorial video on reading with Lenormand? The way you described setting up what sounded like a box spread gave me the feeling I could understand more easily by watching you.

      I know what you mean about the Lenormand - they are really good for direct questions and I do believe I should do a video on these too. The 9 card box spread is my favourite. So, in answer, yes I will - watch this space ❤

      They only really came back into circulation a few years ago, so relatively recent in Tarot terms. I love mine for clarifying. You pick two cards; the first is the noun and the second is the adjective and describes the noun. For example, card 1 is a tree (growth) and card 2 is heart (love). Love is growing. It's a lovely simple concept the way I use them. There are many who read 3 cards, 5 cards and 9 square box. There is a Grand Tableau which is all 36 cards which would replace a Tarot spread entirely ❤️

      I've been thinking about this for a while .... I don't read the Grand Tableau because I have zero patience but I use the 5 card spread and 9 card box a lot.... I'll add it to the top of my list ❤️

    hi maria so the oracle cards are for your self to read abit like manifestaton cards to help you belive in your self and looking at life in a difrent way instead of being negative sort of thing i got my new oracle healing ones and it kind of give me a lovely warm vibe thats without doing a cleasing but do i still cleasn them just like tarot cards. and tarot cards are for readings once you know how to master them to me your the only one who makes sence out of the videos our what i understand as i never could understand anything because of being deaf but i learnt to teach myself thank you

    • @TheTarotShopUK
      @TheTarotShopUK  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes, that's absolutely right. The oracle cards don't require any prior knowledge either, you can simply pick a deck you feel drawn to but the Tarot requires a lot more learning which is another reason I advocate Oracle cards for psychic development. They teach you to trust that we have the answers within and that we are part of something far greater than ourselves ❤️

    I have sth called a Lenormand Tarot deck, its similar in card names to tarot, but looks qt dif, the suits are not on there, just their numbers, & the artistic cues are qt different on the minor arcana..
    Its in green... & the cards are in
    6 languages

    Would you recommend the Angel Tarot by Radleigh Valentine to someone who is already familiar with tarot?

    • @TheTarotShopUK
      @TheTarotShopUK  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, they've been around for a while, initially with Doreen Virtue's name on the box, so, they've been consistently popular for a good few years now. Usually readers have a few angelic oracle decks and are delighted to discover there is also a tarot deck. There are keywords on each card which is good if you are transitioning from Rider-Waite because the images are not RW based. If you are experienced you may not like this though because if it isn't the same there's a chance the card will 'jar' during a reading and break your connection. It's a very pretty deck, looks very similar in feel and imagery to his oracle decks ❤️

    • @TheTarotShopUK
      @TheTarotShopUK  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, they can be used together and with Rider-Waite. I will do a general celtic cross using an RW based deck and then answer specific questions with the lenormand. ❤️ Welcome to the journey - it's one of the most rewarding we can take in life, and the Tarot is always teaching us something new. It's certainly not dull! ❤️
