I honestly love reverse cards because they are honest. I once got the Strength card in the past position for love, meaning I was weak and lacked self-confidence in myself which was 100% accurately. I also once got a Knight in reverse in a reading about my divorce, and it meant I was disappointed with not getting the man I thought I was getting. I thought I was getting a Knight in shinning armor, but he ended up being the exact opposite. This was also 100% true.

Wondering how your internalised method for reversed cards would work on the Hermit. The Hermit being the archetype for looking within (internalising). Guess my approach to that situation would be to use another method than the internalised energy approach.
I regularly adopt your 3rd and 4th methods. The first two methods are rather different. Think these are a good approach.
The concept of stating the method to be used in reading reversals prior to the reading is sound.
