Magpul Pmags - To run Dust Covers or not? My take

My take on Magpul pmag dust covers. The short is for those in restricted states Magpul isn’t going to warranty with a standard capacity. So yes you can store without covers as they advertise but ultimately dust covers are still good way to protect your investments. There isn’t a high rate of pmag feed lip failures however it is proven they do still fail by cracking at the feed lips. So why not protect your investment?

Long term storage dust covers makes sense. Do you need to store all mags with covers not really but it does protect investment. Can always leave your go to mags without if your looking for ready mags.
