My 16yr old son just told me that they didn't get me anything for my birthday yesterday, because I didn't tell them what I wanted. He said that he wanted to get me something that I actually wanted. 5 minutes later this video pops up. I just told him I could use 10 of these. He just told me the order was placed and was that all? I told him that was something that I actually wanted & needed and I appreciate not getting the typical dad gifts.
So very good. Thanks for posting Sir. Bought all they had. A whopping 3 @ $1.64 a piece. Turns out only using 2. Exactly perfect for AR Amend 2 mags. Could even double stack if you wanted. The other bin plenty of room for pistol mags. This totally changed my mind on storage and cheap.
I bet if you changed the design of your 3D printed tray, maybe 1" taller, perhaps slightly more separation and it would do a nice job for the pistol mags.
Wow! Those work perfectly. I need to spend a weekend and clean out & re-organize my gun safes. I try and keep 1 shelf empty, so when we go on vacation, we can quickly store valuables inside. But, thats hard to do when you got stuff spilling out! 🙄
We have been using some clear plastic organizer bins, found at Dollar General (maybe?). We use them in our pantry (& freezer) for organizing food on the shelves. Jars, spices, bottles, bags of food, etc. These might be a good idea for loose items in a gun safe. And most important - they are clear, durable & cheap!
I'm paranoid and will only store ammunition (loaded into magazines or not) in metal ammo surplus cans for the seal. Sometimes I go years without touching that ammo/magazines and I want some sort of robust moisture free storage for ammo. Those bins are perfect if you wanted to bulk store empty mags in my opinion though. Great find.
Joe Biden calling Walmart do you have to take these off the shelves they hold A.R. 15 mags high capacity 30 rounds is to many get you a shotgun double barrel lol Trader Joe Usually don’t wish harm on anybody and I’m not but America will be so much better when he’s in a box 6 feet under hopefully they give us a holiday lol that no one will ever take 😎😎😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🗽🗽🗽🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 that piece of 💩💩💩💩has bin selling Amercia out to China and his booger sugar son Hunter Biden guarantee was pushing him to do more and more that’s all crackheads roll we need more money because I need crack show me figure it out other ways to sell us out no look at the country where in a lot more more trouble than people now 😳🙀😱but we bin troble in history. YT says it's been a year now. Single packs at WW are $5.49 + $5 shipping - from 3rd party reseller. 12 packs shipped from WW (Walmart Plus users get free shipping on them) are $24.60 so now up to $2.05 each.
May I ask why you don’t keep your magazines loaded all my 5.56 mags are loaded all my magazines hand gun magazines are loaded. But that was a great fine. But there’s no way that I could have my handgun magazines in there like that my OCD would drive me crazy.
A.C. - This is a good idea for a video: Gun safe organization! Along with tricking out your gun safe, ie. Adding power, dehumidifier, LED lights, custom built shelves, organizers, etc.
Not a bad option, especially for the price and organization they provide. Just a thought, maybe you could 3D print a carry handle specifically for those bins that can be easily attached and taken off to where you wouldn't need a carry handle for every bin, just attach it to the bin you needed for the range or competition and off you with organized mags. Also maybe a 3D printed detachable bar for every bin that went across the center so the magazines can't fall out.
For a USGI ammo can that is in near new condition a normal price. Harbor Freight ammo cans are from China and while they work pretty well, they are significantly weaker. I've actually bent the latch on one of them.
Awesome in my cart. Will pick up tomorrow. Searched Sterilght 9x7. Thank sir. My Wallyworld they are $1.48 still. Maybe some people are looking at the 4 pack for $5.92. Which is still $1.48 each.
Great video I am OCD as well and that would of drove me nuts as well 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🗽🗽🗽🗽🇺🇸🔫🔫🔫🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸stay safe and and keep your head on a swivel🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😎😎😎
5 months later after testing 👍
I came back to say
Thank You!!!
The bins are awesome
Dang, can't believe it's been 5 months already

Excellent find!!! Will be buying some next trip to Walmart. Thanks for sharing.

If you don't find them in the school supply section, look in the office supplies. Found a big pile of them in my local store in that department.
Wow. Glad I saw this so could stop melting my brain.
Interesting find. I use toolbox drawers for certified mags and 5 gallon buckets with gamma seals for bulk mags.
I ACTUALLY HAD TWO SITTING IN THE KITCHEN. DID OONE BOX OOF 5.56 PMAGS AND ONE 7.62X51 AND THEY STACK 5 ACROSS AAND ONE AT THE TOP! VERY COOL
And you keep these in your kitchen? 😂

Thank you. I just ordered online. They will be delivered in two days.
They are $6 .00 each at the Walmart where I live. As per another follower 12 at Amazon for $36.
That’s awesome. I’m definitely buying some
Great find!
Cool idea thanks

Outstanding find! Thanks for sharing 👍
Very good Idea Andrew. Thanks for sharing
Great tip, especially for PMAGS. Typically I would use a 50cal can but only GI mags really stack well in those.

Walmart: We need to remove these item from our store because it is now being associated with "assault weapon".
they're high capacity assault bins
They would if they only knew! 🌈🦄🤪

🤣👍
Now you can 3d print a plate like the first tray you showed to hold your small mags

Thanks, went and picked a few of these up after watching this. Works great.
That is a great set up!
Thats such a novel idea, I bought 5 of them yesterday!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Great idea!
These bins are perfect(and CHEAP!). Going to buy a few more magazines just to perfectly fill up the 2 crates I brought.
I like the Ridgid Pro Gear packout for storage. You can put at least 50 mags in it and it has wheels.
Those ammo cans are like 15$ at Walmart
May I ask why you don’t keep your magazines loaded all my 5.56 mags are loaded all my magazines hand gun magazines are loaded. But that was a great fine. But there’s no way that I could have my handgun magazines in there like that my OCD would drive me crazy.
guess i need more mags too!
This was a very awesome find. Watched the video this morning and bought 3 bins this afternoon.

Now, when you stack them, take blue painter's tape and a sliver sharpe and labe the end that faces out with what mags and rds are in it.
Great find! I'll run today to get me a few of these boxes. Thank you for posting this
Like it. I’m currently using the Harbor Freight plastic 30 cal can which hold 8. I have to think of a handle for this. But really like it.
Paracord, tie a loop handle on opposite sides and grab and go.
@@charlesmckinley29 yup!
I got 3 my last Walmart trip, excellent tip thank you!

This is a great idea....Also check out the Esstac Mag Bag.
This same bin will be at the big chain stores for $19.99 advertised as “AR-15 stackable mag storage solutions”
$20 for a 50 cal ammo can is a terrible price. Army surplus is cheaper or Harbor Frieght for $16
For a USGI ammo can that is in near new condition a normal price. Harbor Freight ammo cans are from China and while they work pretty well, they are significantly weaker. I've actually bent the latch on one of them.
Dude you are one of the best tactical Dad's on youtube. "Legit" as the youngins would say.
They also fit 10/22 bx25 mags perfect 5 per row
Great find! Thanks for sharing.
You will eventually hate your pistol mags in there all Willy Nilly like that
Probably. But its better than nothing, for now!

very nice find, thank you for sharing
thanks. now need to find one for AK
Always like seeing new ideas.
Thanks brother 🤙🏻
I picked some of those up, thanks for the tip!
Take a box draw some squares on it. Cut out the holds and then duct tape the faces of the box.
Cool. I may need to take a drive to Walmart soon.
Excellent recommendation!
No reason to get the back of safe door mag mounts now. Like this idea better. Thanks.
I was just at Walmart and I assume they had a change in price. $15.94! 😵
Holy cow!
I wonder what’s good for ak mag storage?
Very awesome! Thanks for sharing
I use totes from basspro and I think they are 8 bux to 30 bux depending on size.
Now I have to get bins for 40rd mags
This is amazing. Awesome find, I'll be buying a bunch. Now I need to find equivalents (neat fitting and stackable) for AK47 mags.
Thank you......😎👍
Must have been pre-COVID. They're $4.50 ea now. Still not a bad deal. Thanks bro.
@@moore4615 post covid. They're cheapest during back to school sales 👍🏻
Good find. 👍
Thank you!
Perfect

Cool vid thanks for sharing!
Hello to a fellow Scout Dad!

$20 for a 50 cal can. Painful to hear.
This is great!!!
I picked up 2 of them today and my OCD thanks you 🤣🤣
These are nice, not gonna be very good for moving full mags around, too flimsy but carrying a box of 14 with 2 hands should be doable.
MTM for the win.
Good job, also it seems this video is being viewed alot. 👍
I just lost a p365 mag
Neat!
Shit. Going to Walmart.
Winner Winner
As of mid-Nov 2024, they are $5.19 ea. FJB
👍🇺🇸💪 Thanks
👍🏻
Walmart is now selling them six for $29 what a rip off
@@pedrobetancourt400 get em during back to school 🤙🏻
Going today😂
Dude!
This would be fantastic information if I didn't live in a fascist police state that will imprison me for plastic and springs in the wrong shape.
🇦🇺😎👍
Just checked wallyworld, they’re now $2.91 a piece! How’s that Bidenomics workin now!! Excellent find!!
Not happy with the economy either but just bought Fri in GA for $1.64
