Oh, Urquell is pronounced like Steve Urkel from the show Family Matters. The Trednik are from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, rediscovered some 15 years ago, or so. I like the plain ones the best.
Trdelník is not traditional at all. Most Czechs do not ever eat it as we have much better pastry like "buchty", "koláče", "šátečky", "koblihy" etc. There are many traditional bakeries around the town, where you can buy very cheap and delicious traditional pastry. Great as a small snack for a train journey.
@@CZpersi Thank you for answering our question! It was good, but we had much tastier things in Czechia during our time there, some of which you mentioned above.
Great video My Travel BF… thanks.. greetings from Orlando
Thank you and glad you enjoyed the video!!
Will be heading to Pilsen from Prague later on this week, did you just buy your tickets on the day from the station in Prague? Thanks.
We bought them on line directly through the Czech train website the day before we went. It was very easy, and the tickets were right on our phone.
Plzeňské pivo, prosím! 🍻
Thank you!!

Plzen is a great little city. Kind of like a working class Prague.
We had a great time being in Pilsen for the day!
