The Oakland Ballers are a new baseball franchise. They're becoming like the Athletics due to the logo similarity. They're the only athletic franchise in Oakland if their relative franchise leaves the city, and they (A's) are moving to Las Vegas to play as the home franchise at the brand-new stadium on the Strip which is replacing Tropicana Resort and Casino. NO PUN INTENDED.⚾

I’m sorry but this is kinda sad and depressing to see Oakland have no choice but to hang on to what little hairs of a baseball team they can scrape together. Oakland is an expensive place to live but has nothing to show for it. It’s hard to feel sorry for the city.
