Gonna pick this up to long term store cannabis stash. How’s it working so far. Does it keep cool. I had thermoelectric but was junk. I had to store it in s cold room to even get the temps down to 70. Not conducive to long term storage.
Have you tried a magnum size (1.5L) bottle by any chance? A lot these coolers are advertised for 750ml bottles. I am curious if it’s internal depth is big enough to fit magnum size bottles
Which would you choose between Ivation and Wine Enthusiast? I’m shopping for something in the 25-35 bottle range under $500 and am between these two brands at the moment.
Honest opinion: Ivation is more true to capacity (number of bottle that can fit inside). My Wine Enthusiast was supposed to hold 36 but realistically held more like 28. But the Ivation motor is a little louder (but not by much) than the Wine Enthusiast (really only matters depending on where you place your cooler). Ivation is a bit cheaper than wine enthusiast. So if you want a more utilitarian wine cooler for storage and are ok with a little louder hum go with Ivation. If you really care about noise, go with Wine Enthusiast. Hope this helps!!
Thermos are usually for smaller capacities. Also, thermos can still be loud, as they often have a cooling fan that is essentially a computer case fan that runs 24x7.
Don't buy you can't fix it when they break ivation products do not sell repair parts. my ivation wine cooler temperature control board is out, and out of warranty. Called ivation was told it is trash and buy another. So buy something else that care about their customers and the environment.

Where you find the key? My door is locked when I unboxed it. Thank you!
I got one a few year ago but can’t control the temperature

Thanks for mentioning how they might fit the bigger Napa bottles (so annoying) and of course, I'm a Napa head..
Why compressor ? Isn’t thermoelectric so much quieter ?
