    this is insane mental gymnastics and gatekeeping. hclf vegan is the only way to get enough nutrition, stay lean long term and insulin sensitive. you won’t get there following this reality bad info.

      What he recommends really is a HCLF diet. He recommends a just small amount of nuts and seeds mostly blended into salad dressings.The amount depending on your size and activity level. A little lighter on the starch and heavier on the greens, veggies, beans and berries.

      @ thanks! beans wreck you if your sensitive to protein or lectins and nuts are high fat and can majorly backfire, and we need to emphasize starches for satiation and meeting calorie requirements. I think his recommendations are why we see so many former vegans unfortunately. Durianrider understands sports and performance nutrition much better.💕
