Food combining definitely works. Ask the people who lives in accordance with this principle and they would tell you that they experience maximum digestion and assimilation when doing this

Fantastic, I love Dr Fuhrman and would love to go to his retreat one day. I dont mean to be rude , I have a lot of respect for Brian Clement and he seems a great guy but he does seem to have a fat belly which I cant understand as his food is ultra healthy. Dr Fuhrman says you cant be healthy if you have a big belly, which makes sense but why does Brian have a big belly?

Dr Fuhrman has suggested keeping berries away from bananas.

He's not the only one. Recent studies show that fruits that oxidize quickly (turn brown) like bananas and apples will negatively affect the polyphenols in berries if consumed together. The "food combining" Dr, Fuhrman is referring to is the old school belief that you shouldn't eat fruits at the same meal as vegetables.
