    Just want to thank you for the in depth content. I was Kubota and JD tractors because they were the closest dealers and I perceived them as the best. I never would have considered looking at LS if not for your detail walkthroughs and comparisons. I priced and evaluated the comparisons on my own, and came the same conclusion. Just purchase my LS573 and looking forward to putting it to work. Your videos make a difference! I appreciate the work you have put in to your channel. Thank you!

We want to be as accurate and truthful as possible. I enjoy my LS so far and I hope it will serve us for many good years just as I hope yours will.

      Awesome video looking forward to buying one very soon, sadly in California is hard to find one in a dealer to get on it myself.

      Wish you luck with finding one.
      Like I have said in the past “if it is not on the shelf you can’t sell it”.
      Keep us updated on your purchase.
      Thanks for watching and your comment

    Thanks for the review.
    My MT5 73 is a 1.5 years and has 350 hrs. Here are a few more comments to add to your list for your viewers.
    - Top link... Yes same here. I have to figure something better than an ugly bungee cord to hold it in place.
    - Steering wheel whining... Noticed the same thing, It was really screaming when I lifted a 1 ton bag of fertilizer and steering was very difficult so I was avoiding steering as much as possible when loading and unloading. It would probably benefit to have a counter balance on the 3 point hitch.
    - The beeping noise. Like your comment on the beeping. 😊 I have to figure a way to at least lower the sound level. It's like it's screaming at you all the time.
    - One thing to check is the bolts that hold the loader to the chassis. Make sure they are still tight after 100 hrs. Mine were starting to get loose. Has to do with being installed after the paint and the paint wearing off.
    Problems so far.
    1- I had the EGR changed. Fault code F08. Every time when you put the key on you will hear it clicking 3 times. Mine started acting up after 211 hrs until it completely stop. Was under warranty but still had to pay to get it replaced because the dealer needs proof that it was replaced so you can't replace on your own. I was told to try and clean it at the beginning. It was actually not that dirty at all.
    2- Radio stopped working after around 30 hrs. Replaced with a named brand with my own money.
    3- Power Shuttle Transmission Switch. Lately I've been getting a F02 - 1000000 error code on startup. This is the code for a malfunctioning Power Shuttle Switch (The orange paddle in cab). The neutral light in the dash would also blink twice, (not sure if that has anything to do with the problem). You will get an exclamation mark in the dashboard and an ear full constant annoying high pitch sound.🤨 The tractor will not go into gear. And of course this will usually happen when you're in a rush to go bail the hay before it rains. :) I'll check to see if I can spray electronic cleaner in there, before I get it replaced. I keep the inside of the cabin decently clean.
    I'm 6ft tall and I find this tractor very comfortable to drive. I enjoy many of the hydraulic features on this tractor. I can lift 1 1/4 cords pallets of fire wood easily. I have not had any issues with the DPF regeneration. It does regenerate more often during the winter as compared to the summer when the tractor works harder.
    To me this tractor is a real charm.
    Thanks again for your effort to share. Keep it up.
    Rich

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience with your 573. Hearing from a real LS owners real experience is what we need. Good or Bad. Happy or not. This helps all of us make informed decisions on our next tractor purchase. I don’t believe that any brand is perfect but your experience and others help to educate all of us. I am glad you are happy with your 573. Keep us posted.
      Thank you for your comment and watching.

    Great honest review. Currently running a MT342 w cab & it’s been great, but I may step up in future.
    If you are close to a good machine shop, get them to possibly extend your bucket around edges. We used to do that to our skid steers blending fertilizer. 6-8” on sides/top.

    Your video is very interesting and still easy to understand. I have followed your channel since the beginning. I like that you present both the good and the bad. I had the same question about the front guard and I am going to dismantle it and weld a type of mesh on it for better protection. THANKS

      Awesome we appreciate you taking the time to watch and to comment. I am going to come up with something for my grill before I am wishing I had.
      Thanks again I hope you get something to work for your grill

    Good review ! I enjoy your channel. With regards to the top link. Over the years I have added top links to each of my 3-point attachments and they stay with the attachment when I disconnect. That keeps it off the tractor when not needed and out of the way. Because it stays with the attachment, there is little adjustment that needs done with it when I use.

      Thank you. I have considered putting a Quick hitch with a hydraulic top link and just going that route. I always have the same problem when I consider that. Money! 🤦‍♂️😂. Maybe in the future. It is a good idea to just have more top links though. Lately I have just started taking it off.
      “Now where did I put that top link again” 😂
      Thanks again we appreciate your comment and watching the videos.

    One other complaint about the top link is when you have it in the upright locked position. You cannot open your back window.

      This is another good point that could be a problem.

    Is the loader a hassle to take off, personally I can't stand looking around the loader when doing fieldwork. I can have my loader off and back on in 2 min.

    • @3DFarmingLife
      @3DFarmingLife  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No it’s not hard to take off. My 3rd function hoses that the dealer put on for free as part of the sell Did not use quick connects on the hose. Because of that I have to take them off and add disconnects. At this point I cannot take the loader off because of this. This is not something that LS did.
      Thanks

    Guys I was actually meaning to ask you if you had the whinny noise in the cab . Mine seems worse if I have my heavier grapple on

    • @3DFarmingLife
      @3DFarmingLife  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah I think it is power steering growling noise. I’ve been in a couple of LS 573 and they seem to all make that noise. I don’t know what it is, but I cannot hear it on the outside of the tractor.

    I feel like ours is light in the ass, we have Dwight Shrute beet juice, in our tires. She did pick a pallet that said 3600#. bare assed. Now what it weighs, I dont know? It may be me but it feels unbalanced to my tym 454. According to the pallet it will lift a lot more than said tractor, so idk. Good machine overall.

      I don’t know? Mine for not having ballast does fairly well. That’s not to say it can not be improved. I don’t know if it is because I have the wheels set out and the R14 tires are larger and wider. Considering all things it is not bad BUT it can Definitely benefit tremendously from having ballast in the tires.
      I am very intrigued by the TYM tractors. Would love to run one. Thanks for watching and your comment.

    I have to agree about the manual for LS they suck and the fact that they don't even tell you what filter to use is ridiculous.

    • @3DFarmingLife
      @3DFarmingLife  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes that is exactly right.
      You have to rely heavily on your dealer. I have a great dealer but if you have one of those dealers that only wants to sell a tractor and not help support you?????? That would be a huge problem. LS has so much potential they need to tweak things and make sure they have the right personnel and dealers that will go the extra mile. As well redo the owners manual. Some is good some not so good. Thanks for your comment.
