I have been making this pancake recipe for years.
The very delicate, creamy taste of pancakes goes well with honey, condensed milk, sour cream or Nutella.
If you want a hearty breakfast, fry some sausages and wrap them in pancakes. Brew tea or coffee and your perfect breakfast is ready!
Ingredients:
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Salt 0.5 teaspoon
• Sugar 2 tablespoons
• Milk 250 ml
• Flour 125g
• Sunflower oil 3 tablespoons
If desired, you can decorate with honey, condensed milk and blueberries.
