I found your channel by watching a video on vanguard motor sales and I was really amazed on what you guys create. As soon as I saw the engine, the quality of the interior and the bottom of the car, I was convinced to ordner myself a cobra one day. I’ve been involved with building and drag racing Fords for almost 50 years. That’s why I have admired the level of technology and overall build quality that goes into every Backdraft Cobra I’ve seen since they were made available in the States. I appreciate an extreme automobile built with the drivers pleasure in mind and with the very favorable power to weight ratio of this Cobra, it’s sure to please.

I guess with any power plant, this thing will scoot quick. I like the simplicity of an old school carb fed 427 Windsor with a lumpy cam & a 5 speed but I just love the potential of a newer Coyote Gen 3 crate motor and 6 speed. Great choices.

I hear from Modern Muscle in Ocala that you have the auto trans option in the Cobra. Curious if that's the standard 6 speed or the 7 speed paddle shift gearbox.

It can't be a coincidence that the founder of Backdraft is from South Africa and Superformance is also based in South Africa. What is the connection between these two companies, who both manufacture Cobra replicas?

So is it safe to assume that the finished interior comes with the rolling chassis? Including dash and door panels. About ready to make this happen.

These cars are cool but I can’t seem to get a look at the chassis (frame) is it the original style ladder chassis or a more modern tubular structure such as the factory five?

I try to find information if you guys sell backdraft cobras in europe especially germany. I am afraid that these cars dont comply with european legislation....
