Quick update as of 7/30/2024. There is no longer an "install_pure.bat" file. You just have to drag the 4 first folders from PURE (apps, content, extension, system) into the AC Root folder. Hope this helps! Thank you for the video tho!

For anyone who tried using these shaders and the game looks really bright/overexposed, just get in a game or benchmark and use the PgDn button to decrease exposure, i find that around 15-20% looks good on my monitor but your mileage may vary, this happens because of the PP filter if anyone was wondering!

You might want to tweak the pure config settings, especially in the PP section and then PP adjustments you can set the brightness and stuff lower. But yeah just honestly try tweaking a bunch of stuff on there to your liking. 👌

Yo the tutorial was great and everything works, however when I go into the game my frames are just completely gone and for whatever reason they seem to be locked at 20 fps or something. I know for a fact my pc can definitely do better but I can't seem to up my fps no matter what I do. (I have a 4070 ti and a ryzen 9 7900x)

When I go in Vr I spawn outside of my car and even when I reset my view in steam vr , it does nothing and I can’t sit in my car in vr or even see the insides . All that works is driving the car in 3rd person in vr and that sucks tbh. I didn’t know if you knew anything abt the glitch cause it’s annoying.
@@colehopkins1818 There is an app when youre in game you can just move your cursor to the right of the scrren, go to all apps and look for onboard settings. you should be able to move your camera where you need to.

I do have s question, i downloaded everything you said and installed them, but when i launched a map to make sure everything was working it still seemed low res(?) it wasn't horrible and i understand the game is older but im not sure how good its supposed to look. I copied your setting as well through the link u posted. I also just loaded in a bsse game map and car so not sure if that has something to do with it. I literally just set up thr sim rig and want everything to be perfect. Would a modded map/car look significantly better? Or do i need to change the graphic settings somewhere else on top of what you shared?

Hm. Mine doesnt look quite the same for some reason. The reflections are kind of blotchy and the taillights and headlights affect raindrops in plsces they shouldnt
For the reflections theres a setting in content manager where you can change the reflection resolution 💪 and in the pure config app you can config the emmisive lights, in the light section

I cant see the rain. I got a newer version(version 1.19 i think) and i followed their installation(cause they said that there was no installbat) as well as yyours and i cant get the rain to work. I hear it but cant see it.
Make sure you have the latest content manager version, and if it doesn't work then uninstall Sol (which is the step before pure) and then install pure again. There should be a file called "soluninstall" in your game directory

If you go to your pure config, go to "Night" then change NIP level and play around with other settings, should fix it 💪

I use default pure config settings i just tweak them on the spot, just mess around with them and youll find something you like 💪

For rain to show up you have to have the paid version of Pure, other than that I recommend looking online for other solutions, sorry my friend 💪
