I started watching an ex-convict's channel where he talks about his time in prison. First video I watched was not censored. He started censoring them more, but I feel they get away with so much more than true crime channels. Some words just shouldn't even be restricted (m**der, SA, etc.) It's a bit overboard.

In 1979, my birth mother left me with a man she had just met. Left me there for a week. I was lucky, his sister and her husband adopted me and that man became my uncle. Had Stanley not been a great guy, my story could have been a lot like this one.

Yes! Last night my three year old daughter woke up and vomited in her bed (stomach virus going around her preschool 😢) and my husband and I both jumped up out of a deep sleep and sprinted down the hallway at the sound of her heaving. There is no way she didn’t hear what was going on. I’m a fairly heavy sleeper. I’ve slept through earthquakes and have even joked that I could sleep through a tornado. But if my little girl so much as coughs from down the hall, I’m at her bedside. I think it’s parental instinct that kicks in.

School, work, through alarms, I have fallen asleep underneath my desk on a bean bag in my office at campus where I was studying for my masters degree. Now, I jump at my child even so much as coughing in the night, or even tossing and turning a bit too much: I am up! Mothers instinct. How is it that some don't have that? Or don't they even care??? This story is horrible, and even though I am not in favor of death penalties in principal, this sort of thing makes my blood boil. How could he (or anyone) do such a thing??? @@vw7887 totally agree. I am not only recovering from an addiction myself and never considered myself to do bad towards others. Mine wasn’t heroin but close enough. Either way it doesn’t matter what it is, I now work in a position where I am working one on one with those who are trying to recover from their own experiences and there is more good in them than bad. And there are more of them that are good people than bad. I think it’s just a high risk when a child is left with people the parents barely know that are involved in a more “unconventional” life style opposed to other situations. However, with that being said ANYONE is capable of anything no matter how normal or good they may appear on the outside so it def can go both ways. A person can appear stable, responsible, “normal” yet still be ill intended where another can not be these things but have the best of intentions. A new boy started my children’s school recently and he was in my daughters class. I met his mum about a week after and I had a relatively short conversation with her. A few days later she found me on Facebook then she asked me to take her son to school. I felt very weird and uncomfortable because I didn’t even know her or her son and I thought it was so irresponsible on her behalf because I could have been anyone. What really made me feel sick was the day after she asked me again to take her son but I said no because my husband was doing the school run that day and she insisted that he took him. My husband was freaking out at the thought of picking up and being responsible for a random child that he never even met. I told her it was absolutely not going to happen.
I cannot believe the mindset of some people. It’s a good thing that my husband and i are good people because there are so many predators out there that could have taken advantage of that situation! .

I want to puke. I'm a mom of 6 with my youngest just turning two. I would never, ever leave my kids alone with someone I haven't fully vetted and trusted. I background check and reference potential babysitters when I need one, and even if they pass with flying colors I'm still anxious to walk out that door. How can you not be absolutely creeped out by someone you've only been seeing for two weeks offering to change your baby's diaper or when asking to have your baby alone on multiple occasions. ESPECIALLY if they don't have kids of their own. Even if you give her the benefit of doubt (which I will not) the second she saw that bruising, specifically in the genital area, everything should have clicked. Babies can fall and play surprisingly rough sometimes, but there is no explanation for that kind of bruise in that area other than abuse. I would lose my mind. I'd 100% be calling the police and yelling at dispatch something along the lines of "get here and get him before I kill him". The second that woman saw that unexplained bruising and brushed it off by accepting his "I don't know where they came from" she became an accomplice. Her utter lack of regard for her daughter is vile beyond explanation. This case makes me feel physically ill. RIP Arianna. Every child deserves a parent, but not every parent deserves a child.

      @@Neko.Virtual power dynamics..
The same reason why a student can't have s3x with their teacher truly consensual..
Or a patient with their doctor
Bc you can't decide over the fate of another human being( examples: you decide how much protection/freedom/punishment someone gets) and having them truly consent to you bc the moment one person is dependent on you + not on the same level.. You are abusing your power bc you/judge/others can never no matter what be truly sure if they did really consent or if they got manipulated by you.. If they were bl@ckmailed, coerced or if they had to do it to make sure they survive
A teacher is a very good example of this bc not only is a 14 year old too naive to understand manipulation in an full extent, this person is also very much dependent on what grade you give them, and in general it's not a healthy sign when a 14 year old feels attracted to let's say a 40 year old--so if you were a teacher it would be your duty to make distance and also make sure that someone looks into that 14 year olds home to see if there is sign of neglect and other stuff
Adulds who are put in a place where they can't fully do things like "free" adulds, are in this situations bc they can't make reasonable and healthy decisions on their own anymore or cannot do in general things anymore and are dependent on others bc of it.
So they are in a vulnerable position (bc adulds can also get mentally or physically to a point of inability, incapacitaty and incompetence) and those people should neither be:
      1. Preferred and maybe getting better treatment and more time bc its unfair but also you can't be sure if the person is truly consenting everytime fully (bc if you have an s3xual relationship with someone and you treat them better, give them let's say more medication and protection for "free", you put them into a place where they have fear of losing that, so they would probably not say no anymore they can't fully consent that way--- btw almost same in normal romantic relationships, if you stop treating your partner with love and basic respect and in fact hold back every attention bc they said no, that's a form of manipulation and coercion and is SA (you still can break up and stuff but if you say you will break up everytime they don't want to have s3x, get(passive-) aggressiv, hold back any affection or beg them until they are exhausted .. It's coercing bc you are putting your partner in emotional distress and they can't consent with fear)).
      2. People in vulnerable situations should not be put at risk. So they have to be protected (from themselves and others) or for them to learn how not be a threat for society they have to learn morality.. Morals are not learned by breaking the rules.
      3. People this vulnerable and dependent situation shouldn't be in a s3xual relationship with the person with more power over them bc it's easy to say "they are lying" bc they are already _criminals_ or _the mentally ill one_ .. You are the one who's holding more power bc you chose to do this job of power AND you are the one who's more sane, capable, reasonable.. So if you would do something like this it's bc you are abusing your pow3r s3xually which is a form of SA
I think that's all of the reasons

If she had something to do, she'd just call up one of her friends & dump my daughter there. I ONLY found out because I came home from work early. There were other neglect issues emerging, as well. This literally tore the entire family apart - because my husband took his child's side & not his sister's. Never cared. My kids are more important than someone's feelings. I would honestly say that you cannot even trust family to watch your kids. My MIL did some sketchy things and my hubby's grandma would babysit & beat on others' kids - hitting them with flyswatters if they wet their pants & such. I quit work & took care of my kids myself - that way I KNEW they were safe.

Around the time her baby started to walk, something happened where she left the baby home with a new boyfriend, and apparently the baby “fell” down the stairs but almost ended up dying because of the bruising on his head. She always posted cryptic things like “don’t judge unless youre in the situation” or “don’t believe everything you hear”. Due to the damage done. My mother was a addict. But a survivior herself n therefore. I know she knew my sister n me were in danger. I belive that to this day. Im over 50 now n my mother ODed on her 40th birthday in 88 but my sister who is 4yrs older than me. Recalls knowing she was on the radar of this pos. Hed tried to fondle her. My sister said she started to scream to bring attention to this little game they were playing. However this day no adults were around n my sister. Told me to go to him. After he exposed hiself to me He then used a pillow or a blanket to smother me. Thats all i remember to this day. Im just realizing how much damage this did. So im now the cat lady n i stay to myself. I cant remember any relationship where i was not being abused one way or another. I know that once u r a victim you r very likely doomed The abuse tends to reoccur maybe not sexually but mentally emotionally physically. Financially. Socially. I call the symptoms my children. Im glad this child is free for good now. I envy people in the graveyards sometimes. I dont feel sorry for myself. I just know i would never ask for this as a life or that kind of childhood. My younger sister has been reckless with disgusting men n her small daughters When she knows better. She was going on 2 when our mother passed n i did not trust her 3 step brothers al9ne with her. She told me of inappropriate ish about the one brother n at 18 i took her from her fathers home n ran. Although i had nowhere to really go. The police forced me to turn her over. Nut i had her examined and i reported this to cps by the time her father caught up to me. This officer seem to understand my plight. Her father was taking her n moving back to n carolina. N was instructed to not move his son in question into the same residence. But once in another state. What could i do?? I went with them. But my baby sisters dad who was my stepdad. Started preying on me as he was supporting me. He never did touch me but he was always trying to get me to consent. I was sooo scared for my baby sister. Fortunately he wasnt that kind of monster to prey on his own babygirl. But u was 18 now n my mother was with him for years b4 getting prego with my baby sister So no he was no stranger to me or my older sister. Who was just unavailble n morning the death of our grand mother who passed of cancer 6 months after burying our mother n the 2nd child she would loose. I try to not gaslight when i visit my younger sister in NC But i have met these bums she tends to carry. While she works this bastard is not working or even trying. To help her n her 3 kids. Yet she gets out of the ship but not bfore leaving her kids vulnarable. I font get it with her It infuriates me. I never have any support. My older sister who understands seems to play dumb like im just a paranoid basketcase. N i hate her for many things. This is not the only thing she plays dumb about either. I could go on but i started rambling. Agin let freedom ring for babygirl who mother put into the hands of that pos. Unbelivible. We still drag our feet about this. This is not the 70s or the fricking 80s?????Myy. Gawwwwwdddd

i was in clinton with amber bobo. Everyone knew her charge.
The only violence i witnessed while there were always over prison relationship issues. Who was cheating on whom with who’s girlfriend. That sorta thing. Which is fine by me. I think there’s something wrong with people who react gleefully at hearing the news that someone they never met was the victim of prison violence, regardless of their crime/charge.

@@discdoggie regardless of their charges? if youre a rapist who ruined someones life, especially an innocent child, how could you not want to hear that they’ve been victimized in prison? its more crazy that people like you seem to want to let those sort of people off the hook with just jail time. people like that deserve the worst of the worst kind of treatment.
