I’m thinking perhaps because of so many immigrants coming in to this country do they have the proper instructions received in driver training? Maybe these folks weren’t tested? Who knows and yes the face is blurred I noticed too

He was found to be 6 times over the drink drive limit, he was arrested, apologized to in case he was a car jacker and/or a thief and released after 10 minutes and he's currently reversing all the way home on the 401 again

You realize we don't know who "our" is referring to when they tout that line. Some tiny hat wearing groups do gain strength when their host country is diverse/divided.

I've stopped 2 drivers in the past from going on the 401 from that 401 @
97 off ramp at night by flashing my lights at them.
Two other times tho, during daylight hours I saw two other vehicles going the wrong way on that same off ramp...one of them was a transport truck.
Everyone was honking their horns to warn them but to no effect.
There's something about that off ramp that confuses drivers.

Better yet why don’t you find the person driving that car and check to see if they have a license or better yet how they got it and how much it cost them

The consequences for going the wrong way on a 400 series highway needs to be drastically increased.
Find out which ramps this is happening on and increase the signage. Make it impossible to use "I didn't realize" as an excuse.

Drivetest standards are at an all-time low thanks to the Ford government - maybe it's time to get rid of the gutted/modified G and go back to the 30 min test (now less than 20 min). A license should be a privilege, not just a means to make tax revenue for the government.

I have seen a few spots where this could happen if the driver was not paying close attention along the 401 between Mississauga and London.

It’s so hard to get on the highway going the wrong way , it’s not impossible but they don’t make it easy . I used to do accident clean up for OPP in the GTA and have had to get on the highway going the wrong way after major accidents and the highway is closed and plugged with traffic making impossible to get there in the right direction and you need to do some fancy maneuvers to get on the off ramps

Unlike last week through a stretch of Hwy 401 through Durham this looks like an errant driver, not a part of a violent crime.
