Buongiorno Rita, they use two different verbs that have the same meaning: "inviare" = "mandare" = to send.

May I make a friendly suggestion? For videos like this it would be better to say (and show) the Italian part first and then the English. This way we can test ourselves as we watch.
Actually it is better in English first because you can think in advance how to say it in Italian. This way is more natural
