I didn't, this is actually my second one. Blackmagic won't fix it because it's a legacy camera. You can open it up and fix it yourself, but you need to know how to micro solder, which I don't :)

That View Factor cage is rarer than diamonds. Anybody have an alternative they recommend?
Will von Tagen makes brand new cages that are even better. Affordable too.

I put the cheese plate on to separate the cable lock from the camera so that I could fit the audio cable in.
