I recommend clearing away many items in sight to increase the chance to sell the boat. 1 hour of pre-work would improve the video immensely. also, wider lens and an led light would help

Perhaps as a point of information, engine size, hours, generators, fuel and water capacity, battery storage, etc. A good looking boat overall, just some attaention to detail is needed.

Lacking pertinent info and complete interior tour..seems more time was put into the awful muzak choice rather than a properly shot video. So many sales people selling higher end items(yachts, motorhomes, property) yet refuse to invest $300 at a community College on a videography course???

Any serious buyer would click the links I provided and mentioned in the first 30 seconds of the video and find the full ad to the boat. Yes, the slip is transferable! Typically there is a waiting list for the pier this boat is on.
