Yeah ... until you need to replace a diffuser tip... YOU CAN'T...you have to replace that entire flex neck since HTP decided to make the tip one solid molded piece unlike most where the diffuser tip is threaded on and quickly and cheaply replaceable...the damn diffuser costs more than 1/3rd of a new gun.

@@JHV166 the flex necks diffuser tip is not a threaded on tip like most guns it is one molded piece so it requires you to throw away the entire flex neck if you damage the diffuser tip. Keep in mind the diffuser tip is the part you thread your contact tip into and not the nozzle or spring and retainer. Trust me it's not modular and removable .I've had two of these guns the first one I broke the end of the gun trying to get the tip off and just figured I mistook the thread direction and then ordered a new gun since the first one was only 8ft which is ok if you're working at a table not around a cage on vehicle.
This part is usually a threaded piece since it gets damaged like contract tips and on most guns it's a $5-10 part and takes 30 seconds to swap . This gun costs $50 to fix a boogered tip which is almost half the price of the gun .
I sent USAWELD a message about the gun on a saturday and got a reply back Sunday morning I sent back another .I did not expect them to send me a replacement flex neck I just wanted to point out that the designing the that part like that makes it almost throw away. They sent a new gun free of charge . So I don't think the design is a good idea, but the customer service can't be argued and I'll keep buying my consumables and stuff there
