and this is part of a mini series about the questions that we need to answer when we receive from the DWP a #PIP ( personal independence payment) questioner/form on "how your disability affects you"
and we have a few weeks to complete it before we send it back to the DWP.
that form is divided in 2 parts , the daily living activities and mobility activities
and we must give details about each questions .
i believe that if i had hard time to complete the form ( the first time) am sure that other people might have the same straggle and thats why i am doing this mini series .
first question we need to answer is PREPARING FOOD

I recently dated a guy who was claiming for higher level PIP. He and I walked several miles together on dates .. nothing wrong with his mobility …. He told me he was having to buy a walking stick so that he could pretend he can’t walk far on the assessment!
I stopped seeing him after 3 dates. It made me so angry that people like him make it so hard for genuine cases. 😮😮😮

Thanks Zach, I've put off doing my PIP form for quite a while as it's quite invasive and brings back a lot of anxiety having to go into detail about my conditions. I only have 4 days left to fill in my form but these videos are very helpful. Wish me luck.

I have a brain injury and I put a pizza in the oven and for got about it and the oven class smashed my brain injury issues are making my life harder as I get older i sort of no I am going to end up in a care home life after a brain injury isn't a good life people don't care about you
Waiting 7 months in total now, on the mandatory reconsideration and five weeks now and no decision. Going to give them a ring now as I’ve heard hardly anyone wins an MR and I can get to the tribunal. Wondering how many win the MR and how long did they wait
Whats yout definition of once in a blue moon. What if a risk of fire/overcooking could occur about once every 2 weeks?
If you can’t cook or have difficulty cooking fresh meal from scratch and are asked if you can microwave a frozen meal and answer yes would that mean you get zero points ? Although microwaving is possible, what if you don’t like ready meals? They’re hardly nutritious compared to a fresh one.
Well the question is referring to a simple meal , made of fresh ingredients. So you need to cut the ingredients… and microwave is when you have to warm it up ( I think) frozen food is out of the question .. hope that this makeS scene..

Who said he claims it? He's reading from the advice of the citizens advice bureau... he is helping people who are going truth the process
You need extensive medical records to be awarded anything. If you have no diagnosises , good luck. It's fkin funny how you people think its so easy to claim.
My cousin tried to fake it and got nothing because they see right through it.
What enhanced rate would get you, I can get in 2 or 3 shifts a week. It's not really alot of money.
