*Hot Take:* Personally, I prefer the Rouges over the Sinister Six, as they are probably my favorite villain team. Dont get me wrong, I love the Sinister Six, and they deserve the amount of popularity they've received over the years, however personally, I think the Rouges are a WAY more interesting team of villains who, unlike a lot of villain teams actually enjoys each others company, they basically all friends and are a brotherhood of thieves and criminal who look out for each other all with such fascinating group dynamics, social relationships and perspectives on topics. While yes, the Sinister Six work together, I don't really feel the level of comradery or companionship the Rogues have when it comes to the Sinister Six. Although they share the same goal of killing Spiderman, you don't really see them hang out, interact as colleagues, or even share personal conversations with each other all too much, making them feel more like work colleagues than friends, unlike the Rogues. I also think The Rogues are fascinating because of their moral code and how they have such strict rules regarding killing, drugs, and putting kids in danger, which really shows how human these villains are when they themselves don't feel comfortable crossing those lines, afterall they are primarily thieves and robbers with powered tech. Even when they are dead set on taking down the Flash for revenge, they still hold a level of respect for Flash just due to how incredibly likable and kind Flash is to his villains, treating them as people who desperately need help and he'll go to any length to help, and Flash himself respects the Rogues since he too knows that they are just ordinary people with lives and empathizes with them while trying to give them a better life.
@laverdadescatolica5 Maybe, but the Sinister Six are a gimmick, it says it on the tin, just six and it has one of (if not the only) the most ego driven villain as a leader. The Rogues are mostly like friends and as the original comment explained, they usually don't go for the kill with The Flash and have a moral code. The sinister six only had something similar to that whenever Otto Octavius wasn't the leader and the team was made out of B to C list villains.
Yeah definitely, I remember that even when they were fighting in Geoff John’s run in the mid 2000s (when the best Flash Wally West was the main flash), the Rogue’s are a family. One that fights and has disagreements but a family throughout it all.

Great video and you made some very good choices. And since you said if I had an idea for a Sinister Six team that could fight Flash and just leave it in the comments, I would like to propose one. Specifically this one is against Wally West (who is my favorite Flash) and the leader would be Zoom (Hunter Zolomon) Since Hunter's motivation is making Wally into a better hero and he does this through making Wally experience great tragedy, I can see Zoom getting 5 other villains together and all 6 of them would try to kill as many of Wally's friends and family as possible in order to put Wally over the edge and quickly snap before finally deciding to stop holding back, thus accomplishing Hunter's goal into making Wally (in his view) a better hero. As who the other 5 villains are, I'd pick Girder, Heat Wave, Killer Frost, Magenta and Murmur. Girder would be in because he already despises Wally and genuinely enjoys hurting people anyway so this would be the perfect job for him. Murmur would be similar though his job would be to distract Wally while the others start targeting his loved ones. Heat Wave and Killer Frost would be the Bonnie and Clyde in the group (they dated in a Justice League Unlimited comic I read and they seemed like a great couple) and they are working with Zoom because the goal is to destroy Flash and with him out of the way, they can commit more crimes until they are rich enough to retire. And Magenta is in love with Wally but is psychological messed up and would be working with Zoom thinking with all of Wally's loved ones gone, she'd be the only person he has left. Although overtime she realizes this is wrong and ends up helping Wally stop the other five.

I love invincible [SPOILERS AHEAD BTW] but with like ~150 issues he really doesn't have enough villains to make an interesting sinister six video. Especially when a lot aren't properly fleshed out. Like maybe Thragg, Robot, Doc Seismic, Angstrom Levy, Mauler and the dinosaur laddie. Like it's fairly definitive without being an interesting topic. "Fairly", you could have some variation but it'd likely look similar

Awesome video! The Flash has always been one of my favorite heroes so it's sick to see you breaking down his villains! Lately, I've been thinking that Clayface actually would have been a great villain for Flash over Batman. Having the ability to spread himself over large surfaces could give him an edge by constantly tripping up Flash as he's running 🌩
I was actually thinking of making videos where I mashup villains from different characters and put them up against a specific hero. So Clayface would be interesting for the Flash
For team 2 the evil flashs I honestly think Eobard Thawne would turn on the others as his whole motivation for being the Flash's enemy was just to spend time with Barry Allen he's essentially a superpowered fanboy. And after they defeat him then sees him dying he could have that moment where he can't let Barry die I can't be there with him if his dead. But if it's any other flash this wouldn't work.

I would like to see an unpopular opinion video on scarecrow or the riddler I think often these two are either secondary or tertiary villains and for most cases they are written wrongly in that aspect. Scarecrows toxin, although a staple, should not be his entire gimic. The riddler shouldn’t be written like a total gimic but more of like in the movie The Batman. He should be a primary villain in the background. P.S I would love to see the two together where they both team up with crane using fear and nigma mind games, it would be a cool paring in that they both will mess with Batman’s psyche. I could also see a story line in which the two group up crane with an obsession of fear aka Batman and nigma obsessed with Batman’s detective skills. In which at a point the riddler and scarecrow fight each other due to the clashing/ over stepping of either of the two. I would love to see the roles reversed for scarecrow in which he is unequipped and is now stuck in riddler’s games as well. Due to this fighting Batman would be able to defeat the two of them.

I think this combination would be nearly impossible for even the flash family deal with. gorilla grodd is the planner and the rest have good abiltied to get flash. Imagine turtel slowing flash down infront of tricksters trap or slow enough for killer frost to freeze him.

I do not think that I would want Weather Wizard on my team. All it took to defeat him on Justice League was Batman taking his wand. The last thing Weather Wizard heard before Batman knocked him out was Batman suggesting that he get a strap for his wand.

He’s got an interesting story with pretty compelling villains and I’ll say it…the CW show from however long ago was on to something. They definitely (literally) lost the plot as it went on but the 1st season was a pretty decent telling of the flash. I feel like DC really neglects the character which is sad. I know we just got that flash movie but we’ll pretend that doesn’t count.
For mine I would go with a human based tech based team for the most part so we're talking heatwave mirror master and Captain Cold these three would be the essential part of the team that work together to get the plans done then I would have gorilla grodd be the Mastermind the powerhouse end the final boss so to speak then I would take a character that isn't a flash villain but will cause problems and distract from the main three tech based villains anarchy a guy going around the city blowing up buildings starting riots attacking police headquarters and that would be the reason why can't just directly go after them and I think the one that would turn would be Captain Cold but not out of being a good guy or anything like that but for his survival anything that benefits him he will always do I think he's probably the most selfish of the characters there and would easily turn on these three that he's been buddy buddy with the entire time ( I completely forgot another character sell pied Piper for the moral center that everyone ignores)
She did start out as a Firestorm villain yes but because many people have seen more interactions with her and the Flash recently, I just decided to use her in one of his teams.

Considering the rogues for the most part the " passive sinister six" and we needed a six man team that was more in line with the traditional depition of the six this be the team i propose Killer frost Godspeed Thinker Heatwave Bloodwork Cobalt blue As to my reasoning you get 2 characters that directly counter the speedforce; thinker is the planner, frost and heatwave are the close and long range attacker and bloodwork is a tank and could make an army of zombies as troopers or levarrage. Posibble replacements are The turtle The shade Red death The trickster Killgore Multiplex Paradox
Perhaps now its time to lean away from dc and make a six squad for some of the other franchises out there. Invincible is big right now. Or uh, Spawn, Hellboy, Homelander, Whatever else is out there, idk.
Well DC is my bread and butter right now. I have to stick with what's working to keep growing an audience. I would consider Invincible ot The Boys though.

It surprises me The Flash even has a Rogue's Gallery. Dude is so OP, he should be able to beat almost anybody up to super strong guys like Superman

For mine I would go with a human based tech based team for the most part so we're talking heatwave mirror master and Captain Cold these three would be the essential part of the team that work together to get the plans done then I would have gorilla grodd be the Mastermind the powerhouse end the final boss so to speak then I would take a character that isn't a flash villain but will cause problems and distract from the main three tech based villains anarchy a guy going around the city blowing up buildings starting riots attacking police headquarters and that would be the reason why can't just directly go after them and I think the one that would turn would be Captain Cold but not out of being a good guy or anything like that but for his survival anything that benefits him he will always do I think he's probably the most selfish of the characters there and would easily turn on these three that he's been buddy buddy with the entire time ( I completely forgot another character sell pied Piper for the moral center that everyone ignores)

Killer frost is a firestorm villain the flash tv show stole her
She did start out as a Firestorm villain yes but because many people have seen more interactions with her and the Flash recently, I just decided to use her in one of his teams.

Considering the rogues for the most part the " passive sinister six" and we needed a six man team that was more in line with the traditional depition of the six this be the team i propose

As to my reasoning you get 2 characters that directly counter the speedforce; thinker is the planner, frost and heatwave are the close and long range attacker and bloodwork is a tank and could make an army of zombies as troopers or levarrage.

Perhaps now its time to lean away from dc and make a six squad for some of the other franchises out there. Invincible is big right now. Or uh, Spawn, Hellboy, Homelander, Whatever else is out there, idk.
Well DC is my bread and butter right now. I have to stick with what's working to keep growing an audience. I would consider Invincible ot The Boys though.
