Consistency is all that it takes. Constantly trying to improve on how you edit and present to your audience. I find it hard to call channels like these "people" as you don't know if it is one person or a team it could easily be the devs playing and submitting videos. No one talks no one shows face. So the only thing MK can be is consistent no matter who or what they are. For record, I don't know if this is a single person... I'm speaking in general.
