A very popular bread all over the world! An inexpensive bread that goes well with every meal.
The neighbors are very jealous; there is a smell in the whole house. Super tasty and very simple recipe.

Ingredients and recipe:
- Flour 500 g
- Olive oil 1.5 tbsp.
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)
1. Mix all ingredients
- Warm water 300 ml (1.5 cups)
2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
3. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
4. Put the dough in the bowl and let it rise for 40-45 minutes.
5. The dough has risen well
6. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions.
7. Roll them into a ball.
8. Repeat the process.
9. Place each ball on baking paper.
10. Cover and let rise for 35-40 minutes.
11. Look how airy and beautiful they are.
12. Brush with water
13. Make cuts.
14. Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 20-25 minutes.
