You know what else is cool? There is only one factory trained Bullitt mechanic in all of the United States, and you are watching him. I bet you didn't know that.
9:09 according to gates this what you should never ever do with a belt. otherwise it's not so "accurate" to adjust the belt tension without the seatstay joint.
I find it interesting that he uses alot of unnecessarily specialized tools. Attempting to insinuate that the average person is incapable of putting a bicycle together?
No unnecessary tools in the video, really. If anything, it’s simplified a little. For example I would use a torque wrench on the hollowtech crank, but he knows what he’s doing and it’s probably fine like this.
The guy building this is a rock star!!
Great video. though i would suggest making an addition video on how to install the front derailleur for example. took me ages to figure it out :D
That technical document link is 404, can you update it please?
Lækker farve 👍❤️❤️

Not like the name Bullitt is already a copyright name of an American movie or anything.
Not very pedagogic, more important to be cool…

Nothing specialized at all, just basic tools that are totally required to do the job
@@donpuer i suspect he is so used to building them that he can tighten the right torque just by feel.
