i barely squeze my fingers into housing, then the fkin plastic dont wanna rotate for DRL fkin hell its hard, i managed to get one but this one where is power steering stuff located, i cant do..
Hi Mark, Iv'e not done an offside bulb, but I should think it would be just as awkward ! Only other issue Iv'e had with the car is intake runner swirl flaps,( hope you don't come accross that one !!! ) and locked cd disc player for updating the sat nav maps, All the best.
thx for the vid.....the other side is a bit trickier as you have to take out the air filter box. I too have an A6 2007 so regarding the swirl flaps, I had mine replaced at about 8 years old (£1000) and they lasted about 4 years and the same engine light came back. Ran it like that for 3 more years and I have now had the fault mapped out for £250 as it really didn't seem to affect the car in any way. He also did a stage 1 tune-up whilst there so the light has now gone and the car goes quicker for (£250).....just thought you might like to know. I've done nearly all the 121K miles in my car and its been fantastic tbh thx Adam
Thanks guys, they don’t make it easy, do they?! I got as far as getting my hand on the tab of the bulb holder but I can’t get it to rotate or pull out, so now I don’t know what I’m gonna do 😢
Good Stuff chaps, no one else has posted anything about just fitting a side light bulb, particularly on an A6, would be good to know if one side is easier than the other ? the nearside looks tight enough, what's the off side like ? .... all the best.
It’s wonderful when people actually tell you the tool size as you watch! Good on you mate I appreciate it
This was really helpful thanks.

Hey mate, nice vid, thanks and good tip on the indicator lamps. Do you by any chance remember what the bulb type is for that parking light? Cheers
Should you turn it 90 degrees, or just pulling it out?
