Looking good, Johnny! Those breakfast burritos look awesome. Same for the chicken sandwiches. My absolute favorite part, though, was the "drinking and cooking while everyone is asleep" comment. EPIC! Keep the videos coming! And Happy New Year to you and yours.
As usual awesome videos, you gotta tell me more about that thermo pro.,...... Finally got a good job Johnny and I plan on getting a flat top in the spring so I can enjoy making your recipes all year round ....... Thanks again!
Hey congrats on the new job!!! I hope you are able to get a flat top come spring time. If you can find a used one they're not hard to clean up and re season. That's another good way to save a few bucks. That's how I found my 2 burner.
100% agree with that PRO TIP - smash that sausage! Bacon corn looks EXCELLENT! I prefer to "short fill" my burritos too. Not because I want less food, because I want less mess! Loved that term, "coin up" your sausage! Keep hammering that "stack order" = meat / hard veggies / soft veggies / shrooms.
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. I just wanted to say thanks for your videos. Living in Alaska it is a bit cold to cook outside. I do find your cooks also do well on a cast iron crepe pan on the range if you portion control. I wanted to ask of you ever tried the Kirkland pre cooked bacon from Costco. It is what I call 3/4 cooked with a good amount of bacon grease to render out before it is crispy. It saves some time on the cook. Thanks again for great videos.
Merry Kay Christmas to you as well. Thank you for watching the videos. I've never done that bacon but we just got a Costco membership so I'll have to try it.
That breakfast burrito meal prep got me through several months of my temp living situation. Still got you on that smoker rub. I'll get it when I can. All of mine is "technically" expired, so trying to souurce it.
What was your final analysis of the chicken sandwich? Looks great to me, but wondering if it was too spicy for your wife (as I think it probably would be for mine)?
So I did Nott think it was that spicy but it was a little hotter than she likes. I marinated it for about 14 hours. I'd say just try marinating for 2-4 hours and that should cut the heat. Also I didn't brush any hot sauce in hers.
Those chicken sandwiches looks SPECTACULAR! However, I’d appreciate it if you wouldn’t highlight how much more delicious chicken thighs are than the breasts because you’re going to cause the prices to go way up! 😁 Happy New Year to you and your entire family!!! 🥳🍻🇺🇸
Hey Johnny! I just bought a new Blackstone so will be binge watching all your videos today. 1 video I’ve never seen is how to season a new griddle in the freezing cold weather. I’m terrified of warping! Any tips? Thanks Johnny, greetings from Germany 🍻👍
Congrats!! That's so exciting. So if It's cold out I would start on low for 5 or 10 min the n go the medium then high. It will still get plenty hot I've cooked in the cold before. You don't want to "shock" the griddle. So if it's 40 degrees out and you immediately crank it to high it could warp. Gradually raise the heat.
Dude it would be hilarious. Or on your next video just casually have them cooking on the side. And at the end do something funny like, “oh! I forgot about these! Should be on my top ten. Rocky Mountain Oysters…. juicy, squishy, little salty Rocky Mountain oysters…. Then take a giant bite out of one!
Hi Holly! It's Worcestershire sauce. I just say that because I can't pronounce it right lol. And I would never "skewer" or he mean. That is my biggest pet peeve about cooking videos, arrogant mean people. I hate when they don't make it fun or approachable for others. So always feel free to ask questions and I will always politely answer. Thanks for watching. Oh and congrats on the new griddle.
@@JohnnyBrunet Thanks Johnny! Now it makes perfect sense. Duh..... and I didn't mean you skewering me; I could tell you wouldn't do that. Just other people sometimes do. Thanks so much. Love your channel. Just recommended it to my daughter too. Really enjoy it.
+1 for the Tommy Boy reference!
Thanks!
I truly don’t understand why you only have 116000 followers. You should have 1.16 million followers with these easy recipes.
Thanks so much I appreciate the kind words. I'm just grateful for the subscribers that I have.

We bought our son I law Blackstone for Christmas, and you can be sure you were the first teacher I told him to watch. You are the best, Johnny.🙏❤️🙏❤️
Thanks so much Greg.
Great idea! Thanks for all the cooking advice!
Still the best griddle channel out there. Enjoyed it as usual and learned something.
Thanks so much Vance.
Look at you, with your Tajin pronunciation! You just made my little Arizona born heart proud. 😁

All gems thanks Johnny and happy new year

Thanks brother. Ya the burritos can get very messy very fast if you don't watch that filling. I've done that more than once lol.

Glad to see the "ongyuns" are back!
Cheers mate.
Edit: MOAR foodporn!!!
Thanks brother.
If you're not using two spatulas, are you even griddling? -- That should be a JohnnyB merch trademarked tshirt. Love your channel and humor!

@ Thanks Johnny, I really appreciate it!👍
Can you make a video on how to cook delicious juicy rocky mountain oysters? Thx!
I would but I don't know how 😂
@ you can figure it out, i have faith in you Johnny! Make them extra sloppy for us
Imagine the amount of views you would get! Taking a big juicy sloppy bite out of one, i bet it would be like chewing on a gusher candy

Loved the burrito tip of letting the fillings cool to reduce condensation. Go Bucks beat Oregon!!!!
Heck ya, Go Bucks!

Newbie here so don't skewer me. What's the "Big W" sauce you added?
Hi Holly! It's Worcestershire sauce. I just say that because I can't pronounce it right lol.

Those chicken sandwiches look gas, I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to try this out
Thanks man they're definitely worth it.
I always get a kick out of your Mike "Lowreys" whether anyone else gets it or not
Thanks buddy, I think it's probably for just people of a certain age. The 90s kids.
Johnny does anybody like cenotro because I don't know anybody I talked to they don't like it
Were you asking about cilantro? Bc I don't mind it but my wife does not like it.
Where did you get the flag
Amazon, beat purchase I made all year.

Cutting on the grill will definitely dull your knife.
Ya that makes a lot of sense. I think I'll probalby refrain from doing it in the future. Thanks so much.
