Sarah has been following the Facebook group of a pallet liquidator in our area who buys truckloads of Walmart, Target, and Amazon returns and then sells them by the pallet to resellers. Since we love flipping furniture we thought it would be a unique opportunity for us.
Reselling Amazon returns can be a great side hustle if you know how to list, sell, and ship items on eBay and Facebook. We have learned a lot through experience and hope you find these videos helpful and informative! Return pallet flipping is something we’ve done before, but we wanted to try again to give it a fair chance. Not only is the pallet unboxing fun, but there is a great potential to make a lot of extra money! We hope to profit over $500 on this Amazon pallet!

My husband has a scrap business and It reminds me of getting pallets. He works with thrift stores, Warehouses, small businesses and Farms. He makes 6k-9k a month from it. He is well-known and loved in our area. we always find cool treasures and have awesome garage sales. He works full time doing concrete poured walls for basements/home foundations too. We eventually want to buy pallets someday. Love your channel

For the safe with the keys locked inside try putting batteries in then try any four numbers or five numbers, mine will take any four numbers, 1234. Also to answer Jamie, I buy most from Amazon because I can’t drive anymore, my daughter can’t get everything for me, i bought the best broom from Amazon!

My husband and I just had a laundry discussion. He separates his while I toss mine all in together. He claims that I showed him how to do it "right" way back when we were first married and now I'm doing it wrong. lol. I said times have changed. Also, Sarah's reaction to the Fight Club soap making was all of us. lol
Lol well putting all the clothes in together can increase pilling and wear between fabrics of different weights. But if you typically wear the same things that no longer fade, just chuck it all in there. 😆

Gardeners love the mulcher vacs! You can turn your leaves into mulch for the garden or to add to the compost pile. They break down quickly when they are chopped up. :) I have one of those things and I LOVE it.

Try to open the safe with the credit card. I'm not sure if it will work on the safe though. I open my door with it a few times. You can watch it on you tube how to do it. Great pallet and love 💘 to you guys !
The safe can be opened. Turn upside down. Bounce it on a mattress. As it bounces turn lock dial. Might take a few attempts. As it disengages pins holding it temporarily

If you contact the manufacturer of the safe you might be able to get code to open it You're gonna probably have to tell him the serial number of the safe. I don't know it. I seen on a different flip channel that they did that
no batteries in the electronic lock. assuming you load the batteries on the back of the door, no way to use the keypad
So my dad and I want to start doing this in the Grand Rapids area, and don't know where we should start. My mom thinks this would take up so much room in our small house, and take a lot of work for not much return. What are some tips that you would say could help a first time pallet flipper like us? Are there certain day at the GR pallet flip place that are cheaper to buy than others?

If you don't have a garage space or shed, but have a backyard, you could use a couple tarps and rocks to keep things outside (in boxes) and keep the more fragile/valuable stuff inside. You could rotate things into the house to list. Just an idea!
It is a lot of work, and there is a learning curve, but it is definitely worth your time. Follow along with the GRPLiquidation Facebook group. It seems like he lowers the prices on things when he is getting in new load and doesn’t have the room.
Make sure you take a closer look at those storage bins often times they very bottom bin in the stack has a busted corner

Those safes open easily. Just google how to open that model. Perhaps the key on the 2nd safe will open the first safe?

Thanks! Probably 20-25% are unsellable/broken. Some people try to repair them but it’s not worth our time 😊

Can I ask what you do with all the boxes and packaging? Are the items sold in the boxes or do you keep or recycle them? I'd love to know your opinion on packaging overall - often small items come in giant boxes with so much plastic to fill it.
Most items are sold or shipped with the boxes, but there is definitely lots of trash! We can recycle for free at our local dump, and sometimes we save packages to ship other items in. Hope that helps!
Have you noticed that most sales occur on weekends, or are they evenly distributed over the month?

Try searching for “pallet liquidation” Facebook groups. A lot of liquidators start them. You may have to drive a couple hours to find one!

A lot of people can fit them in vans/suvs. You could always rent something too for $30-40😊
With your shows you show writing your names and sold on the pallets you want is that your companies agreement that you own it at that point? And does it have the price it’s being sold for on the package already? Call a locksmith ask him to open safe for you and offer him a deal to mention him in your videos a couple times he may do it for free for the advertising
why do you sell for so low, 40-50% msrp....seems low, no? or jsut want stuff to move quick?

You asked why someone would order something on Amazon when they could just go to Walmart, I use to think the same way but the last year we have been using Amazon prime video for our TV and with that you get free shipping and if it's cheaper to buy on Amazon then Walmart and it ships for free the smarter buy is Amazon, my dog food was costing 15 bucks for a 1.8kg bag which to me was expensive on my budget then I tried Amazon and now i buy the 7kg for 28 bucks and free shipping and its like 4 small 1.8 kg bags in one or at least close, brings the 1.8kg down to 7-7.50 rather then 15 bucks, so when you need to shop smart and take advantage of what you have like Amazon prime shipping which is basically free cause I get it with my tv package and pay a cheaper price then the stores, to me that's why people may order online rather then go to Walmart
