Yes I'm also surprised Onbo walked past those mushrooms. I think you're still in a safe area so you didn't need the village doctor just yet. Although, I also think Onbu is going to eat both lots of mushrooms that are coming up so the feeding trebuchet isn't such a high priority either.
There’s a small line near 7o‘clock on his hunger meter. I think it has to be at our past this for him to auto eat the mushrooms. And we were just shy, which was unfortunate. Yea, lots to eat, the poison zone should be coming quick tho, lots to research, and fast! Thank you 💛💛💛
Great new start and good on you for prioritizing a steady income and education! I'm doing the same, working full time and going back for my master's. You've got a busy time ahead! Onbu skipping the mushrooms at 59% was a certified stubborn-cat moment lol. Look forward to playing this new version, haven't played in a couple weeks. I'm looking forward to using the planning tool developed by Discord user [...] to help lay out this next play-through **FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY**. Their tool is superb and helped me realize how much wasted space there is with certain buildings - IIRC a single berry picker building can only sustain a ~8 (2x4) berry population without wasting space and time. [Will update once I find that tool post]
It’ll be busy but worth it, if I can get past the first hurdle, the application process (online problem solving stuff, a test, and an interview). Ooh, a planning tool sounds neat. I’ve never been too into min/max’ing in games but it’s worth considering, especially for the hostility runs! Thank you 💛💛💛
I’ve seen one that used quite small squares for their farms. If you have a full workforce and with the farm hands upgrade you can definitely fill the whole space, but this isn’t likely early on.
@@EveyGreenbottle Actually now you mention it I remember someone making small farms, and they would get a flag if the farm was too small so they would know that it needed expanding.

Yes I've noticed that most content creators just mark out the maximum area of a farm/herbalist/mycologist but it rarely gets completely used.

If it’s full and the workers don’t have anything to do you’ll get a flag. It’s an extra step of micromanaging tho.
