Love how you evened out the jaw line! This and the downturned mouth is my problem that no one has been able to correct for me. I’ve had filler put in each side of my chin at the jaw line to hide the jowls which didn’t work very well. Also have had fillers around the corners of my mouth that just made my face look fuller. I do love filler and Botox but makeup plays a big part too. I have changed the way I do my makeup now too to compensate for the changes in my aging face ( soon to be 55). Your client could make additional impact by changing her style of makeup too. The placement and weight of eyeliner as we age needs to change to reduce the appearance of hooded eye lids and hollow tear troughs.
Wonderful! There is so much skill involved in addressing this common problem while producing natural results.

Thank you! I think it is very important to show women of all ages. Facial fat loss starts in our early 40’s and gets progressively worse as we age. Dermal fillers are the best solution for age related volume loss.

I can’t believe the patient doesn’t even flinch when the needle goes in. I’m hyperventilating just watching this. I would have this in a minute but I’m scared of getting a flu shot! Maybe if they knocked me out.
It is DEFINITELY unnerving to get pokes, pokes, pokes in the face.. I say the word “poke” a lot to give the pre poke warning to the patient. We also do good topical numbing! 😅

I so wish I could find someone close to where I live, that I can trust, to do this to me. I’d have to save hard for a while but it would make me feel so much better. I hate my jowls and my tear troughs are so deep. Sigh! She looks so much younger. Fabulous work.
Beverly, there's a much better way that costs nothing. It takes time though. The reason that tear toughs develop and jawlines sag is largely a function of the health of the skin's fat cells. Saggy skin, especially in the lower face, is caused by bloated fat cells. And loss of volume under the eye is caused by loss of fat cells due to sun damage. The holistic solution is to do moderate exercise regularly and eat lots of protein. This will restore health to the dermal and subcutaneous fat cells.
I have seen so many practitioners but you're still at the absolute best.

I’m 61, have the same problem, slim face but losing jaw line. just had my first treatment, in the UK, with a local practitioner. I had my lips done first, absolutely love it, can’t wait to get a similar treatment to this next.
Hi. I had lip filler, and yes it's lovely. But,.....after only a few weeks, my lip lines started coming back. Of course, not as bad/deep, as l had prior to filler. I had 1ml. I only wanted the lip lines, but nurse did lips as well, she said they were dehydrated. I loved my filler, when l had the swelling, lost the look l loved after swelling went down.

Hi Asia! I am such an admirer of your talent. You know exactly how to get the best results! Question; do you ever use Lanluma, (sculptra), as a filler for the same treatment? I am 67 and I have the exact same problem that you addressed in your beautiful patient in this video.
Thank you 🥰 In my opinion, Sculptra is best used in temples and or injected deep for bone loss. I wouldn’t use Sculptra for fat loss restoration and to stimulate collagen, Microneedling is a better option.

Awesome! Longevity of dermal filler depends on several factors. (Product choice, amount used, areas treated and lifestyle factors like side sleeping) Filler around the mouth typically lasts 9 months and in cheeks or cheek bones 12-18 months. Keeping external pressure off of fillers, makes them last longer.

Do you know of any MD or RN in New York City who has a lot of experience. My friend has collagen threading lift and Rejuverderm plus and it did not lift her jowls and or lift the marionette lines and it looked bad for 9 mos.

Ive had filler put in this area twice now and it's not working, I've been to a Dr that said the last lady shouldn't had put filler in the marrionete lines and she said she can put cheek filler to fix my Marriotte lines I wish I went to you

Hi there, we advise avoiding Fish oil, CoQ10, Vitamin D, E and all aspirin/Ibuprofen products two weeks prior. 😀
