- Using Defyne Dermal Filler for cheeks and Classic Restylane Dermal Filler under eyes. (0.5ml Defyne and 0.5ml Restylane per side, 2ml total) Post video taken 3 weeks after treatment under natural lighting. Model 56 years old. Results last approximately 12-18 months.

Thank you! There are no contraindications getting dermal fillers for older adults. However, delicate, aged, thin skin will need careful planning and consideration.
Do you use numbing cream because I have had Botox just the eyes and it hurts
A surgeon did my undereye filler. One side was fine. One side ached for weeks and had a huge ugly lump. Dissolving it made me look normal again.
Is this a cannula or a needle? Do you aspirate to make sure you're in the right place?
Did the patient have facial anesthesia before your treatment

You do amazing work 👏 It would be helpful to know the cost for the procedures. There are many of us who might consider doing this but are worried of the expense.
Currently, dermal fillers cost between $650-$800 per 1ml syringe. They can add up quickly. Go to someone that knows how to achieve great results with minimal amounts of dermal filler.

How much was the treatment?
How much bruise do they have with this technique and how long does the bruise last?
With prior avoidance of vitamins and aspirin containing products, there is very little bruising and in most cases, none at all. To further reduce bruising, steady hands, slow injecting, avoid unnecessary pokes and apply some pressure afterwards. If I feel like someone is going to bruise, post treatment arnica helps. Typical bruise timeline under eyes can be a bit longer than normal. 10-14 days.

You don’t inject your tear troughs on bone??
I’m injecting along the orbital ridge/bone, below the orbicularis oculi muscle and within the medial layers of the Malar fat pads.
Mild outcome, maybe another filler type would do.
Best result using minimal amounts of filler. My artistry is Natural looking results. 😍
