Hi Asia, I Love your work, really lovely and natural. I'm an aesthetic nurse in the Uk, may I ask when using This lighter product and injecting very surface as in the fine peri oral lines here, do we still need to be aspirating prior to depositing product? Thanks for your fab videos, great work!
Does this filler continue to puff up over the next few days /weeks like others ? I’m terrified of getting fillers . But I have smokers lines that I hate ! And some dents in my chin from clenching my teeth / pursing . She looks amazing! But most people I see locally with fillers have this odd puffiness above their lip . Not quite duck lips . Maybe beaver lips ? Hard to explain. But looks very unnatural . What do I ask the injector for to not get this look ? I want the look you gave this woman. Thank you so very much ❤
Restylane Refyne is so amazing around the mouth. It softens the fine lines without bulking up the skin in an obvious unnatural look. It’s my favorite filler for around the mouth. Also, one syringe goes a good distance because we are just below the skin surface and not trying to fill in volume loss. 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Ms Louis V, I don’t recommend dental blocks because they will make you swell. Swelling will compromise an injection specialist visual especially a very artistic eye like mine. Also, a dental block can completely block all pain and it’s good for a patient to feel when something feels extra painful (like when filler is in a vessel). Around the mouth is a painful area but it’s really just the first poke or so.. the fillers have lidocaine in them as well as great topical numbing, it’s really all you need. Oh, and a light handed injector 👍🏻👍🏻
I have had my smokers's lines done several times, even with numbing cream a slight needle injection of lidocaine it still hurt, but only for a second or two. But I thought of my Mom telling me when I was a little girl, 'Beauty must suffer"! lol

Swelling is a side effect of local only if the local is injected fast or under high pressure You might reconsider local Especially when you are injecting rather than using a cannula Have you ever considered offering your services to women victims of domestic violence at a shelter I’m sure Allergen would donate the product And it would be uplifting to women who have suffered so much And to yourself
