You just saved me $300. Had no idea you could just replace the lenses. I didn't want to get the transitions asI wasn't sold on them working as well as I wanted, so I was going to get a pair that were always sunglasses and a pair that were always clear. I bought the c15 green and now I've just ordered a pair of clear lenses for them from apex. I'll switch then or as need be. And the fact you can still order transition ones for $50 is awesome! Thanks again!!

Nice, behind on your video but not new to Apex. Got Meta with clear lens bc I didn't want sunglasses...really wanted transitions and ordered from Apex. Also wanted to test out night driving lenses and ordered the yellows...although don't really like these yellows either bc they seem too dark. I've had shooting/driving lenses that are actually lighter yellow wc are nice. Anyway I've also got a few pairs of lens replacements for my Stories and they work as well. My mains are my Meta and I rock them without lenses daily for the speaker and occasional video/photo if needed. Love this tech so much I've actually bought a few other glasses and gave them to a few friends. Lastly I have used the other lens company and they seem alright. I think I'm sticking with Apex for future lenses.
I literally just ordered the metas and specifically asked for transitional lenses from the ray ban website. They sent me regular lenses. I emailed to customer service and they replied today, on Mother’s Day night, to say that the lenses cannot be replaced so I need to either do a refund or replacement order. Thank you for letting me know they were full of crap. Ordering the lenses now.

Just the points that I can’t use honestly lol. The Apex transitions are really quick! If you mean the Rayban transitions are too slow try the apex ones! They are my only ones I use!

I just got the same photochromic lenses from Apex. They don't seem like they are true photochromic. They don't get fully clear inside and don't get darker outside. They stay the same gray tint. They're either fake photochromic or I received a defective pair.

Interesting, you should contact Apex if that's the case. Mine are in the 1st video transitioning from clear to tinted (not 100% dark) which makes it really comfortable to wear in the car or in open sunlight.

Nope. Switch to some real polarized glasses and charge them whole driving

@@hmugica you may be pushing at the wrong angle. Check both videos to be sure you’re doing it right. It may feel tight but it’ll pop out really easy once you find the sweet spot

Bro! What you said isn’t true. The Stories lenses have exactly the same serial number. RW4008 for large RW4004 for the regular size ones.
3rd party like Revant, Fuse, and Apex all have stories and they do NOT fit the wayfarer. Message any of them as ask for yourself.

What if you have custom thicker prism lenses with heavy prescription. Can it still pop in?
Absolutely but they won’t be your prescription unless you order them through your eye doctor
