The idea of investing a significant sum of money may be both thrilling and intimidating. There seems to be potential for considerable wealth increase with the correct strategy. How can one take advantage of the present market to grow one's retirement savings over time?
A solid strategy can be a key component of an investor’s portfolio. Well, the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward and such impeccable decisions are better guided by professionals.
Yes true, I learnt that in 2020, when I lost almost everything. But I switched to using a financial advisor and I've been returning at least $90k every one quarter of the year so I’m sticking to investing via an Adviser.
My Fin.Adviser is “Annette Christine Conte ” She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care for supervision.
I have worked with a few financial advisors before now but i ultimately settled for 'Annette Christine Conte'. She is SEC regulated and licensed in US. You can easily look her up
I love the part about how many hours it really takes to give a 1 hour speech. That's business in general. My wife and I had a dessert food truck and most food truck events are 4 hours long. People would walk by, see our insane line, and say "Man, what a great deal for only 4 hours of work." We might have been open from 5-9 but we often worked from 8:00 am to midnight in order to pull off that successful 4 hours. Don't mistake open hours for working hours.
I wish people understood this. Take crafts - people are all happy about a blanket (or coat or quilt) and would LOVE one. Until you have to tell them that the cost will include the materials, plus time worked, etc.
More and more people might face a tough time in retirement. Low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents make it hard to save. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire.
The increasing prices have impacted my plan to retire at 62, work part-time, and save for the future. I'm concerned about whether those who navigated the 2008 financial crisis had an easier time than I am currently experiencing. The combination of stock market volatility and a decrease in income is causing anxiety about whether I'll have sufficient funds for retirement.
Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.
'Grace Adams Cook' , is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Can we talk about how every single video is filled with so much literal gold? Thank you for being someone I can look up to, especially as a woman in business. Do you ever consider doing a "day in the life of?" I haven't seen it but if someone could link me if I've missed it I'd appreciate it
For the last few years ive worked for a small business owner just me and him doing tile roof repairs. Ive made 44-55k from him a year. Last February i started a gutter and roof cleaning business. By myself as a side hustle no employees i made just under 40k. This coming year hiring 1-2 employees im projecting 80-150k on the low end. Still as a side hustle. Im 21 now and my job before roofing was dishwashing and i barely graduated highschool. Business isnt nearly as difficult or complicated as your mind makes it out to be and if youre reading this, watching these types of videos on the regular then you have the knowledge required to do this. Get to work!
You have may just saved a life. I ALMOST clicked off but saw your comment. I hate "business" because "business is hard." But if it's spelled out, perhaps I can do it
The difficulties that have arisen in the current generation are heartbreaking. I wanted to know how to spend some money that I had. I utilised a portion of it for my e-commerce venture, however it failed. I'm considering my options for investing the remaining funds, but I'm not really sure which path to go.
I know how you feel. These days, it's a little challenging to navigate. You do not want to lose what remains. If you wish to follow the investment way, I could advise you to locate a financial advisor who can provide you with comprehensive guidance. Furthermore, you shouldn't give up just because your business failed.
Yes, exactly. It's merely a step further than the other failed enterprises I've tried. Don't give up. Additionally, if you do choose to engage with a financial advsor, it is ideal to choose someone who can work with you and knows your unique needs. I finally found one that I can stick with after learning this from experience. My assets alone now bring in six figures, and my enterprises bring in even more.
*Elizabeth Colleen Nurre* , a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
I appreciate this tip. Your coach was easy to locate. Before setting up a call with her, I did my research on her. Her resume suggests that she is competent.
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.
I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
'Carol Vivian Constable, a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
I just googled her and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since l need all the assistance l can get. I just scheduled a caII.
I own a sole proprietor small town taxi business. After 14 months, im closing. The clients were there, but there was no protection from the person running an illegal cab for half my prices. I am not making profit anymore and im on call 130hrs a week and have 4 kids. Im starting a partnership cleaning company with my sister in law in 2 weeks. My goal is to establish it, scale it, and then run the books part and not clean anymore after the 1st year. Will move on to opening a laundromat and use the laundromat to work with the cleaning company, and from there, self storage units, camp ground, buy the competitor taxi business (not the illegal one) and have someone else ready to drive it, and finally open the cafe i have always dreamed of. Its going to be fun, hard work. I'm 43. I came from no money, no one in the family ever started their own business, and i lived very poor for many, many years. If i can do this, anyone can.
What was stopping you from running your own taxi company in your town? Hire other drivers to go out and do some of the jobs reducing your workload take a fee from all of them.
When I graduated and started my 6 figure job, I lived with my parents and saved up for a duplex. Renovated, rent it out, save money, and bought another duplex. I rinsed and repeat until I was able to quit my 9-5 job at 34. I am excited to start other businesses and am so happy I stumbled upon your channel! I will be binge watching for the next few days. 😁
I bought one too. Was building equity, then the bottom fell out of the market, and I sold for not much more than I paid for it twelve years later. It took eight years for the market to return in my area.
@@darleneaitken1620 oof yeah, this is all timing. I graduated in a recession with an MBA and wanted to do the whole fixer upper property route, but couldn't get a starting job paying more than 35k a year. By the time I could buy my first 1BR condo, 1 BR condos had gone up from a 60k average to almost 200k. The market changing on you can make or break the same decision so hard. We bought a house in 2020 at 450k + 200k in repairs. The house went up to 850k in six months and then down to 650k, so now we're just breaking even. Had to sell the condo for repairs the inspection missed, so I'm out that stream of income too.
Thats great I had a friend work in music engineering for top artist and bought a duplex then started a coffee business from Latam. I think he may be sticking to music work now.
It's sad how difficult things have become in the present generation. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to use what's left to invest, but I don't really know which way to go.
I understand how you feel. It's a little bit difficult to navigate things these days. You don't wanna lose whatever is left. I may suggest that you find a financial advisor who could give you thorough advice on how to go if you want to go the investment route. Also, the fact your business failed doesn't mean you should give up.
That's right. I have tried many failed businesses and it's just a step further. Don't despair. But to add, if you do decide to use a financial advisor, it's best you use someone who understands your special needs and can work with you. I learnt this from experience before finally finding one I can stick with. Now I make six figures from my investments alone, and even more from my businesses.
'Rebecca Nassar Dunne’, a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
Planning ahead can really minimize taxes! I've made a smart reinvestments, especially with some great guidance from a pro for a half year now, and it's been a game changer. I was able to reinvest my RMD strategically, and I'm now pulling in about $25k a week, despite doing very little trading myself. It's a nice cushion against financial stress. Best of luck with your RMD decisions!
nice video i feel Stock is the best place to grow income ,Stocks in the short and long term look more likely to move up. I Just inherited $500k which I Look forward to invest. what stocks should I look into as a newbie to safely grow my money?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
To be honest, I've been wary of banks for a while, but I wasn't sure how to speak with an advisor first. Please let me know who your adviser is if it's okay; I need some recommendations.
Stacy Lynn Staples a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Thanks for the info. I searched for her full name and found her website right away. I reviewed her credentials and did my research before reaching out to her.
Codie, you really underestimate how helpful some of these are. You phrase it like "it ONLY makes 4k in a year" but for people like me, that's a lot of money! An extra 10k a year would be like a 25% raise. Thank you for sharing our wisdom! Thanks to your inspiration, I'm going to try making money from a combination of my skills. Making scale models to help people visualize their projects.
No, she doesn't underestimate how 'helpful' she is; she knows right well that reaching out to others at varying levels of desperation is her money maker. She is a content creator and makes a good chunk of her living as such. Nothing wrong with that; just know the game of making videos that are meant to 'seduce' or educate in one form or another, and look good and/or have charisma while doing so. Salt that with a bit of brain power just for kicks and giggles 😊 All the best 👍🏻
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put 85K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice?
Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with *Julianne Iwersen-Niemann* for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I just learned more in less than 30 minutes with your video than in a whole semester at college. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge. I'm in!
I am a sales manager for A1 Roofing Utah. I’ve been selling for roughly 6 months. I’ve been learning more about myself than ever before. Solving people’s problems is so crucial and it pays a lot of money. Since I sell roofs, I naturally develop trust with the clients, I also notice they have other problems with their homes, so now I’ve created a side hustle of referring clients to contractors that can solve those problems, and I make extra money doing the same thing I do every day. So basically I have doubled my earning potential just from referring clients to contractors. I’m currently working on acquiring my 3rd stream of income by simply solving another problem my roofing industry and local community has, except this time, this income stream will be way more passive and I will be building an asset portfolio. I have a 4th and 5th stream I’m looking at targeting by providing opportunities for people who have less income but are willing to become operators for a split business venture.
That’s an incredible approach! It’s amazing how you’ve taken your role as a sales manager and turned it into multiple income streams just by recognizing and solving additional problems for your clients. The fact that you’ve already doubled your earning potential through referrals, and are now working on creating more passive income and building an asset portfolio, really shows your entrepreneurial mindset. Your plan to create even more opportunities by partnering with others is a smart way to scale and expand while helping others get a start. I’d love to hear more about your journey and how you're balancing everything. If you’re open to it, I think your story would make for a fantastic podcast interview. It could really inspire others who are thinking about how to turn their current roles into something bigger. Let me know if you’d be interested in chatting further!
I'm DCAing in Blcktken300 as well. ETH heavier DCA and ALGO. I'm taking your advice and starting Google tomorrow with a 50 dollar purchase and continuing Microsoft and Apple. VTI and VOO on another app and longterm portfolio. Here we go family!
Hi! I’m excited to be here in your channel and I’m interested in learning more about investing and saving up for my retirement but am a little confused about the whole process. Any advice or tips to get me started up would be greatly appreciated.
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. I've been saving for a long time instead of investing, and right now I only have about $400K. considering all the inflation, i'm thinking of investing in stocks, i dont just have idea on market strategies.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800k
I’ve been a new student in the US for a few months already. I plan to work part time in the summer for my first stream of income. Out of all the videos about that I came across in relation to finding side hustles and/or extra streams of income, this is probably one of the most informative and in depth ones. Hope to see more of this!
I really believe that Alex Harmozi and Codie Sanchez are the only two businesses youtube channels that tells you how thing really are and I can trust in their words of advice, and are not trying to sell you something or get your money. Thanks for the knowledge!

I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated.
Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $1m in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.
i'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisors online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Codie, I Just found your channel a few nights ago, and after watching several videos, felt called to comment. The book list drew me in (Big nerd, I devour actionable info), but the quality of info and your presentation style is what’s keeping me here. You are a no fluff, no excuses kinda girl and i love that. The bonus is your experience shows through. I’ve seen way too many creators regurgitating what someone else said, but they’ve never actually done it! At least when you present something you haven’t done, you also present the person you know who actually did it. I like that. Strong work, please keep doing what you’re doing. Lotta great ideas in here. Thanks!
I currently work for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the state of Florida. While healthcare consulting is my passion I struggle to leave the corporate world and go full time as an entrepreneur. I am very successful in the healthcare world creating new business and sustainability. I am trying to learn how to move up to the next level and become a board member of a large organization. My skills in healthcare credentialing, enrollments, finance, and business operations is where I stand out the most. Just trying to learn how I can make the next jump and run with it. I love the channel and learn from it constantly.
So do both. Lol start a side hustle. Sounds like you like stability. Open a haircut bussinsss. Bake bread. Sell makeup do something small and build from there. Create a website maybe sell online
I enjoy learning across a lot of different interests so the algos are forever confused by me when suggesting videos. I have no idea how I landed on your content, but your work STANDS OUT in the best way possible. The content is gold, and your execution in teaching puts you in a class all of your own. I'm floored by the quality of your channel. Thank you for doing what you do and sharing all this content so openly.
Question for Codie: For the multiple avenues of work and meetings you participate in, how do you manage energy levels, and how often do you find yourself tired/exhausted at the end of the day? This is a genuine question, I'm not being snarky or anything like that. How do you balance - or find/maintain a balance - of work vs life? Or do you find them interchangeable?
I loved the lack of gatekeeping so much I subscribed a couple minutes into this video. I appreciate the highly specific road maps and 'who this is good for.' You don't waste your words!
I graduated Uni last year and have been working a 9 to 5 corporate job for almost a year now, I have been waiting to feel interested or passionate about what I’m working on, and have yet to feel that way. The more I understand that it is true people feel trapped by their 9 to 5, it has motivated me to research other income streams, and really think about what I am good at and can get good at. Thank you for putting out videos like this that show your authentic journey and how much you have actually made over the years! It is refreshing to watch your videos! Thank you Cody!
there's a book called whispers of manifestation on borlest , and it talks about how using some secret tehniques you can attract almost everything in life it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Brooke Miller.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
This is brilliant. Reality checks combined with selling herself too. Gotta say that's the art of having financial, marketing business strategy, exposure coupled with extremely good communication skills. ❤
Thank you Codie for inspiring me with each and every video you do. I’m still trying to figure out my own Side Hustle. I’ve been brainstorming for quite a while now and just can’t figure out which one to pick. Everything you teach is absolutely awesome 👏 I’m 62 and disabled so I need to find a niche in something that I can do. Please keep doing these videos because even though I can’t do many things that you recommend, I still see hope for my future. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
Hey. How about a niche related to your disability? Or maybe another topic of interest combined with your disability. Like "how to skateboard in a wheelchair" or "pain relief for ____ "
I recommend you read Patrick Bet-David's book 'Your Next Five Moves'. I was in the same place as you, where I couldn't really decide what I wanted to do. After reading the book I came to a place where I realised that even though I wanted to hit the ground running, it made more sense for me to walk a few steps first. I found something stupid easy for a younger, able-bodied guy to do(cleaning gutters), and just did it. It has nothing to do with where I want to end up but it helps supply me with the money I need to make my next move.
Jesus, here I am almost ten years after graduating still making less than 20k a year with 60k in debt. It’s insane how the difference in income can be.
@@ceehacker386 I appreciate that. I started reading 100 million dollar offers, next is the psychology of money. I hope I can start making some changes in the next couple years. Fingers crossed.
And apply to your government fed, state/provincial, or municipal every week. If you constantly apply to jobs you'll find one. We unfortunately can get stuck without making the proper effort when no deadline exists
Codie this was what I needed. Some of these ideas I was already thinking of but you reinforced them for me. I’m already a standup comedian which is the same as public speaking . But so far I have a 9-5 in real estate syndication, rental properties, remodeling business and development ( buy sell houses) as income. It’s time to put my MBA to work.
Oh my goodness. Do you do educational talks? If you could do a real estate talk with a good amount of jokes sprinkled in, you could make a killing! Entertaining presentations in your fields of expertise would get you really far! I would pay to attend.
@@cupbowlspoonforkknif do you think that’s a good idea? I’ve been doing real estate for a long time . I never really made it big in comedy but I still enjoy it.
Codie, what I like from your video is how realistic it is to build income streams. Success doesn't happen overnight. You clearly showed us your progressive paths, which is relatable to us working for years in the industry, because our expertise is also quantified by the amount of time we dedicated to achieve our current level. Thanks for showing this.
So true about the hours outside of a regular side gig. I teach cake decorating $50 a kid for a 2 hr class with 20 kids in a class and so people think it’s $1000 for two hours work but it’s at least 8 hours when I include the prep work of buying supplies, making cakes or cupcakes, setting up, plus $100 for materials.
Thanks Codie, great video. Current income streams (Date when starting if in parenthesis): Job (just got better one) Apartment (Sep-Dec 2024) - While on vaca it will be AirBnb etc out - It will be small-med and expensive but at a 9/10 location for resale in 10 yrs YT channel (not launched yet for fun at first but later to pay for itself and hopefully more) - Hopefully grow to 10k subs and then IG combine towards 100k Product dev (Trying to find a VR app or an iWatch app I can make for others and sell for a few bucks to build a brand)
You are gold!! Your tips blows my mind. I just saw that I have so much stuff in my hands, but still don’t know how to turn into gold. I know how to edit,I’m a stylist, image consultant, love to take pictures, love to edit photos, but .. still on the same spot. You are the one I’ve been searching for so long.
I’m currently working in management consulting (specializing in AI and Software Engineering). I’ve been flipping houses and investing in real estate outside of my job, but I like this board of directors idea and private consulting gigs. Thank you for sharing this
I LOVE THIS!! THANK YOU! Codie you're such an inspiration but I love your practical, down-to-earth advice on all these different methods. No it's not easy for people to do these things but it is possible. You make the seemingly black art of wealth seem reasonable and achievable for most people. Well done!
One of your best videos yet! I'm such a cynic about these types of videos, but I love how you don't gatekeep and are super transparent about what worked for you and what you didn't love to do. I'd appreciate it if you made some videos aimed at mid-lifers, even though we are likely not your target audience. However, a lot of this information is new to us too, but our timeline looks different and our abilities are different (I'm not going to be pressure washing anytime soon as a new side hustle like in one of your videos). Again, thanks for the amazing community and knowledge you share.
I usually listen to something on TH-cam on the way home from dropping the kids off at school. This morning, I was presented with options from various channels to which I am subscribed. I wasn't sure if this was the topic I was interested in this morning, but I have to say, once you click on one of Codie's videos, you watch the whole thing. They are just too good. Great job once again!
1000% the best video on this subject I’ve seen so far. As a skilled professional there is tonnes I could offer. The thumbnail on the video doesn’t do it justice though, I watched the videos because TH-cam autoplayed it and I was hooked in the first few seconds.
Omg. Tried it yesterday and i was blown away. The only problem is that no matter what i put on my eyes, it always ends up smeared and bleading. Especially maskara, even waterproof one. Any suggestions to make it last? Tnx.
This is the most value-packed video I think I have ever watched! Thank you so much for sharing your expertise. I am a tenured instructional designer (20+ years), video editor and eLearning designer and developer. I am earning through a consulting business, while dabbling in digital product sales, youtube, podcasting (ad revenue) and amazon reviews to see what else has potential (truly, podcasting is the winner so far). My long game is selling my own online courses since this is my expertise. Super fun!
Alright, here's the tea: I used to be a dishwasher and barely scraped through high school. Then I started doing tile roof repairs for a small business owner-just me and him. Made about $44-55k a year. But last February, I decided to level up and started a gutter and roof cleaning side hustle. No employees, just me-and I raked in close to $40k. Now, I'm planning to hire 1-2 employees and I'm looking at $80-150k minimum this year... and this is still just my side hustle! I'm only 21, and here's what nobody tells you: business isn't that hard. If you've got time to watch these videos, you've got the knowledge to start making real money. So, what's stopping you? Get off the couch and get to work! Or are you just waiting for the ‘right time’ while the rest of us cash in?
No one else gives this kind of intel away for free. Codie, you are an inspiration. I'd love ❣️ a video on where you find the energy and focus please. Everyone has a wishlist but none of have the energy, focus and balls to implement ambitions!
I haven't even finished the video yet but immediately have to subscribe to you. It amazes me how many content creators gloss over "your corporate/day-to-day job" being a primary source of income for many. Which could ultimately lead to millions through the years. While the goal is to have passive income, I think people should also be realistic about how earned income is important to jumpstarting things as well.
I enjoyed your video! You are engaging and concise. No bs, pauses, disingenuous or "scripted" information that I see from other people. Plus, your 1.24M subscribers speaks for itself, not to mention your views from this and your other vids. Good work. I will subscribe and watch more. Gracias Codie. Saludos. Bendiciones.
As an Xray tech, I agree. I feel like we went with careers that fit our thinking. We’re healthcare workers, but we’re workers. I knew I was not creative. Maybe you are. I’m not.
How about starting a side business of using your knowledge for people you care for or an in home visit like concierge service? Or target those family members who have aging parents and how they can help them like stay safe at home, declutter, remove rugs, have grab bars etc.
At least, helping so many people as a nurse, you will go to heaven! Codie is very bright and it’s interesting but I can see it’s difficult for those of us who didn’t get a Masters in Economics! As the other commenter said, just start a side hustle advising what you know. Maybe write a book or articles with your wisdom and advice?
Great advice! I wish someone like you would teach this in Germany. Here people are more of the „get rich quietly“ type. Let’s be loud and proud about making serious money!
OMG, you put the fire under me Codie Sanchez. I have learned more from you in just half of this video than a few years of digging information and hiring coaches. Your adding so much significant value, I'm going to watch all your videos. Subscribed TONOW!
Great video, thank you for the information!! Right now, I work a fulltime 9-5 and own one rental property. I also play live music around my town. Long term I plan to follow a similar model to what you lay out. Air BNB, long term commercial rentals, along with a few house flips each year. Thanks again for the information!
I work a full time job that i make great money. My side gig now is long term rentals and also have my realtor license. I'm looking for my next income stream! And have a couple ideas. Fear is the only thing holding me back from trying something new instead of just continuing stacking rental properties!
Codie. This video is amazing. After being a tech founder in the Caribbean (small market) and now planning to move to a larger market (no longer in the same business), this couldn't have come at a better time. I love your method of (experience) stacking, stabilizing and then repeating. Awesome vid to anyone out there who just needs a push. Ideas are nice but execution is what matters.
My 9-5 and a financial coaching business (I help six figure earners stop living pay check to paycheck). I am looking to acquire other streams as well. Thanks for these awesome videos!
Codie - I’ve watch so much of your content you can be considered an addiction. I am a FT recruiter for a company and hate that every time I hire someone I get paid a flat rate, yet the company rakes in crazy revenue. So I’ve taken to a low risk and low cost network arresting opportunity, that’s paired with high level mentorship that will allow me to grow income passively. When the passive income is large enough, I’ll be able to promote myself to customer for the company!
Started working as an email marketing specialist March of 2022...coming up on 2 years in the position. I also do freelance email work on the side, which is a nice boost to my income since my salary is less than desirable(but a necessary first step to get further down the road). I started my own email marketing agency and got my DBA and EIN...will transition to an LLC once I hit the $50K a year mark with the business, which could be as little as 2-3 clients. I also get disability from time served in the military, but it's a small amount. At the moment I have 3 incomes with a 4th coming up big in 2024 with the business. Not enough! I've already started thinking about future businesses I want to start as well but we will cross that bridge later of course. Have a great rest of the week!
Do you mind me asking how you got into email marketing? Im a current mil spouse who is trying to find something to get into that doesnt require me to start over every 2-3 yrs when we have to move..TIA
@@nw5376 Absolutely! So I started out getting into web development and got into a web development boot camp. Graduated from the program and struggled to find a role for about a year and half after graduating. I learned about email development, which almost no one has heard of, and focused on that. For about 2 months I worked on projects and applied for positions and eventually was hired by the company I work for now. If you can learn HTML and CSS, that is 75% of what you need to know. HTML and CSS in web development and email development are different, but it's not super hard to learn. There are a ton of resources on the internet about how to create emails. You can watch TH-cam tutorials as well. It's 100% viable, NOT A SCAM AT ALL! LMK what other questions you have about it!
It sounds like you’ve really set yourself up for success with multiple income streams, and your email marketing agency is on an exciting path! Starting with a DBA and planning to transition to an LLC once you hit that $50K mark is a smart move, and it’s awesome that just a few clients could get you there. Balancing that with your disability benefits and your current freelance work shows how committed you are to building a solid financial future. It’s great to hear you’re already thinking about future ventures too-you’ve got a strong foundation, and I’m sure those future businesses will follow suit. If you’re ever up for sharing more about your journey and how you’re managing all these moving parts, I’d love to chat with you. I think your experience would make a really inspiring story for others who are in a similar place. Keep up the great work, and here’s to a big 2024!
Codie!!!!! I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m a serial entrepreneur and I’m trying to get focused and figure it out. Your content is so helpful and motivating! Thank you so much! 🙏
This is the only actually valuable finance video on YT. She knows what she is doing. The rest simply rattle off awful marketing gimmicks… as someone who spends 40 hours a week selling to both B2B & B2C - 90% of those tactics go nowhere.
Love ❤your channel, every episode I learned something new. I believe giving back even on small level until I excel and increase my income so I can give more whether in time or groceries or in Walmart gift cards to people I manage to see in Walmart trying to stretch their dollars by observing what is in their shopping cart. I am not a catholic but I believe in what they say: when you give you get ten fold and sometimes the people face it’s worth every dollar given way. Keep giving your priceless content. You’re an awesome lady Ms Sanchez. Ps my income now is rentals and trading options (no rent or insurance or employees ).
Love it! ❤ Will make sure I open all of your newsletters from now for higher sponsorship payments. 😁 I work as Chief Information Security Officer as a Service, help Startups, Scaleups and SME reach higher security levels fast and bootstrap my own Startup Cyttraction where it's all about building a global future of learning infrastructure platform with a focus on risk training and knowledge management. So I implemented the multiple revenue stream approach a bit different: My startup has a global growth strategy, but I have to go step by step. For every new target market there is another local entity with same multiple 3+ revenue streams. Then I have another company under the same name selling my cybersecurity consulting packages and workshops - paying my salary and cross-financing growth. Keynotes fall under "personal brand activity", therefore I set up a little marketing company at the side. Growing my community is on the roadmap for 2024. I started a cybersecurigy newsletter and publishing e-books. Vlogs and an interview podcast are on my list for next year.
Absolutely one of the best videos I have seen. Long time follower to. I have saved this video and plan to watch it daily as there is so much information. A lot of it I am familiar with but tons of gems mixed in.
When it comes to your airbnbs, how do you gauge the amount that you charge per night? Do you look at local hotels, do you try looking at other airbnbs in the area and get a quote of what they are charging? How do you determine how much you will charge and when since they tend to fluctuate? I'm not sure if you'll see this comment or not but if you do, I would greatly appreciate to see how you approach this.
this is a less relatable list of side hustles but i appreciate the aspirational nature. This seems to be ideal for someone already making a lot of money in finance. I will try to take what I can and adjust it to a designer background.
There was one time I was considering the idea of opening a laundromat/cafe business. where people could come do laundry bring their laptop drink coffee and do homework. The idea came because since I rent I found myself using laundromats, and since i was in school. I needed to read and do homework while doing laundry. Unfortunately I am poor so I never was able to invest into that type of business. Maybe it still possible to do a business like this but if it could be successful.
My primary income stream is a very flexible job in education technology. I also am a light tech for a band and teach art classes. I'm running into an issue of not enough time for more streams so I need to figure out a way to do something more passive or replace something with something else more profitable. My overhead is high as I care for a family so I am very risk-adverse.
Codie, this is hands down the best video I’ve ever watched explaining multiple streams of income. Thank you for paying it forward and I hope that I get the opportunity to partner with you!
I appreciate the videos Codie, right now my income streams are from Web Design/SEO, stocks and managing a dispensary but looking for something different now, your videos have been helpful in showing me a few different directions with there benefits and pitfall possibilities
My husband and I have three side business on top of working our jobs. My husband works as a farmer on the side. His family has always been in farming, but its a hard business to make a ton of money at. Running that type of business is very expensive. Our second side business is long term rental properties. It was basically the result of the bad recession. The home I lived in while I was in high school turned into a rental property. It was located too far from my work to live in so I rented it out and it wasn't worth selling at that time. We have since sold it and turned it into two other rentals with a 1031 exchange. We wanted to buy an air bnb, but we couldn't find a property to do it with plus its expensive to start one. You need to buy a bunch of furniture. Our third is my side business is an interior decorating/designing business. I'm an engineer full time and wanted something more enjoyable to do as a side business. It doesn't make much either. Maybe one day. I'm always looking for new ideas. You gave many here. Probably not ones I would have the expertise to do, but I'm always learning. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
Coldie you give so much value in your videos that I couldn’t keep up, thank you! I love this video so much I’m pausing it halfway because I need to slow down and take it all in and take some notes!
Wow, love the advice about having one speech. I've been refining my TEDx talk, even though I did the talk in October. Hadn't thought of reusing it, and was just improving it, for personal growth.
I love this video! But I encourage people do not go into AirBnB if they don’t have ALOT of disposable income. The market is oversaturated and we’re going into a recession. From a policy and economic standpoint, it is very risky. Especially if you’re getting a property in a location that makes a large portion of its revenue from tourism or if their city is experiencing a housing crisis. Many cities are cracking down on short-term rentals, and given the large in consistency in quality due to the oversaturation, many who are still planning to travel during the recession are hesitant to stay at a brand new listing.
High Codie, I appreciate your straight forward no fluff to your topics. You asked us t tell you what we are doing. Here it goes. I started out 18 years old as a combat photographer, US Army, and rolled those skills into life, and made my living as a photographer, then videographer... I grew up in a SMALL business, and always dreamed of what I could do in business. I lost my shirt twice, and restarted a few times. Now I am self employed and make low six figures a year. I am currently taking that money, reinvesting it back into what I was designed to do... create images in video and photography, but in the low stress side of life. I am turning that into a multi-faceted, creative business, of publishing, documentary, you tube/ live streaming videos, landscape photographs on various physical products, and writing books, and articles. My you tube has 4 different channels, 1. Photography, video, business... 2. current events and self-sustainment, 3. Travel … 4. Biblical studies, commentary and discussion. I will add more as time goes on. I am completely self funded, and building slowly, in my 3rd year, and plan to start making money in this year.
Girl, I have my notebook and pen out. Thankkk YOU! I FKKIN LOVE YOU! Saw this until the end, I am def the 9-5 apprehensive enterpenuere.. great info thank you!
Please who is the consultant that assist you with your investment and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
Sounds like every service/product business I've ever had! 🙂
I wish people understood this. Take crafts - people are all happy about a blanket (or coat or quilt) and would LOVE one. Until you have to tell them that the cost will include the materials, plus time worked, etc.
People don't see the sweat behind hard work, only glory.
Brewery model. Breweries are insane work behind the scenes. Product takes two weeks to make, and that's just a beginning.
Yes, people don’t realize how much work goes on behind the scenes.
Investments are the roots of financial security; the deeper they grow, the stronger your future will be."
The deeper your investment roots, the stronger your financial security will be in the future.
Exactly! With my adviser, I’ve cultivated deep investment roots, strengthening my financial security for the future.
I would love an introduction to an adviser who can help me strengthen my financial roots.
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further.
Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked the name up and wrote her.
Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.
this is all new to me, where do I find a fiduciary, can you recommend any?
'Grace Adams Cook' , is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
Can we talk about how every single video is filled with so much literal gold? Thank you for being someone I can look up to, especially as a woman in business. Do you ever consider doing a "day in the life of?" I haven't seen it but if someone could link me if I've missed it I'd appreciate it
Codie has done some vlog style content, but a full blown vlog would be dope!

I think she did a morning-in-the-life-of before a speaking engagement. That one was really cool.
I just have mucho love for Codie.
Codie, you are truly one of my favorite people. Thank you for everything you put out, even when it's tough for me to hear. U R HER!!!
Get to work!
well done! Congratulations! So inspiring to see these stories 🤩
Gutter cleaning was my start this past fall!
You have may just saved a life. I ALMOST clicked off but saw your comment. I hate "business" because "business is hard."
But if it's spelled out, perhaps I can do it
My man Devin Johnson! A real inspiration for real!

I appreciate the advise. Do you mean hedge funds when you say "financial advisor"? Furthermore, how can I contact one?
I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
please who is the consultant that assist you with your investment and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
@@rob2549 i just explained what stopped me from running it in my own town. Lol
This is your goal or you already completed this?
@@susanmartin870bet that cleaning company fails too
Go get it, Susan!!! Make it happen! :)
Genius move bud
What state did you buy the duplex
Thank you for the advice. When you say financial advisor, are you talking about hedge funds? And how do I get in touch with one?
'Rebecca Nassar Dunne’, a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.

25k a week? Amazing! how did you get started?
I signed up for a 1-on-1 trading session. It's like copy trading, but with personalized guidance.
the session was secure and a supportive way to improve your trading skills while earning, the best part is there's no upfront payment required at all
Honestly I really need help learning to trade. Seeing my portfolio low makes me very sad.
I suggest consulting with Patricia for guidance, This way you can get strategies designed to address your unique long/short-term goals
nice video i feel Stock is the best place to grow income ,Stocks in the short and long term look more likely to move up.
Salt that with a bit of brain power just for kicks and giggles 😊
All the best 👍🏻
love this idea!!!
Glad to have stumbled on this comment, Please who is the consultant that assist you and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with *Julianne Iwersen-Niemann* for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I simply Googled her name and her website came up right away. So far, it appears interesting. I emailed her, and I hope she responds soon. Thanks

Of course no upfront required

Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service?
Her name is Patricia Strain. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I’ve been a new student in the US for a few months already. I plan to work part time in the summer for my first stream of income. Out of all the videos about that I came across in relation to finding side hustles and/or extra streams of income, this is probably one of the most informative and in depth ones. Hope to see more of this!
Now we just need to see the Blcktken300 price also move in the same direction as these charts. Up. Very Up.
I really believe that Alex Harmozi and Codie Sanchez are the only two businesses youtube channels that tells you how thing really are and I can trust in their words of advice, and are not trying to sell you something or get your money.
Thanks for the knowledge!
This has to be one of the best videos I’ve seen in a while. No gatekeeping and just honest openness about what you went through. Thanks Codie!

wow. Great summary
Your awesome!!! Thanks
Does the video discusa or does Codie discuss?? (upside down face emoji)...does she discuss or actually 'talk about' (she doesn't discuss)
I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated.
Palantir, ARM and Nvidia are all still good buy, but what do I know I’m not a financial advisor lol
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
Finally - real advice with real figures. This is the first video that I have seen from this channel and it won't be the last!
My 9-5 is customer service on the phone (on the side eBay reseller, about to add reading books for audible) I need a few more but I guess it’s a start

Thanks for the recommendations
🙌
Codie did you send me a whatsapp number to call max about a investment, PLEASE RESPOND
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Brooke Miller, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
The very first time we tried, we invested $1000 and after a week, we received $5500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills

I found you on an interview with Tom. Thank you for all your advice. You are definitely a wealth of knowledge. I thank God for people like you.
Everything you teach is absolutely awesome 👏
I’m 62 and disabled so I need to find a niche in something that I can do. Please keep doing these videos because even though I can’t do many things that you recommend, I still see hope for my future. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
Hey. How about a niche related to your disability? Or maybe another topic of interest combined with your disability. Like "how to skateboard in a wheelchair" or "pain relief for ____ "
@@cupbowlspoonforkknif
Thank you for the brainstorming. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
@sircarlosmusicbmi I might have an opportunity .let me know if your open.
OMG, I love your attitude! Fingers crossed and just go for it :)
Codie i can not describe how much valuable this video is, your efforts are boundlessly appreciated.
Jesus, here I am almost ten years after graduating still making less than 20k a year with 60k in debt. It’s insane how the difference in income can be.
Use the pain to reinvent yourself and never look back, you got this
@@ceehacker386 I appreciate that.
Where do you live that you're making less than 20k a year....?
As someone already self employed, this video is one of the best I’ve ever seen with invaluable truths!!
Try out something new mate you know the hardships in the business make jokes out of them people will love it.
Hire yourself out as the MC to big conferences.
Or become a writer and teach it.
That's a solid list! I'm also big on Blcktken300 , avalanche, algo, and matic too.
Current income streams (Date when starting if in parenthesis):
Job (just got better one)
Apartment (Sep-Dec 2024) - While on vaca it will be AirBnb etc out - It will be small-med and expensive but at a 9/10 location for resale in 10 yrs
YT channel (not launched yet for fun at first but later to pay for itself and hopefully more) - Hopefully grow to 10k subs and then IG combine towards 100k
Product dev (Trying to find a VR app or an iWatch app I can make for others and sell for a few bucks to build a brand)
Gold for sure!
Well done!
I have learned more from you in just half of this video than a few years of digging information and hiring coaches. Subscribed! Thank you!
Tnx.
@ForMyCoachingWhtssappAbove that is very kind of you. I would appreciate it, any tequiniques and info.
Super fun!
Another great video. Diversification of income streams is critical. Side jobs are no longer a side job, but just an additional income stream. Love it!
As a nurse i dont even relate this. Interesting video but i have no idea how to incorporate this into my life.
Suggestion - work as a fill-in a couple of times a month. Invest that income. You will know within 6 months if it is worth it.
The video is clickbait. She says “job” but doesn’t understand what that word means to real everyday working class people that actually have JOBS.
It's incredible how sending a clear question to the Universe brings a crystal clear answer...or 9 of them. ✨️🙏
Now what 😂❤
OMG I was charging just 1-2 hours per conference, you showed me how to to do that profitable... thx so much Codie ☺
Do youu have any tips to stop living paycheck to paycheck?
I kind of knew these comments were fake, then I posted some and realized they were automatically deleted. This comment section is fillled with bots
I was noticing the same.
its so god damn annoying
Fakeness everywhere 😢
Wooooow, no idea TH-cam was doing this too
This is the only actually valuable finance video on YT. She knows what she is doing. The rest simply rattle off awful marketing gimmicks… as someone who spends 40 hours a week selling to both B2B & B2C - 90% of those tactics go nowhere.
Wow, another great video Codie. The way you break it down, you make it seemed so easy. Definitely be watching this again.
Thank you for being so forthcoming and free with your knowledge. This video was so comprehensive.
I work as Chief Information Security Officer as a Service, help Startups, Scaleups and SME reach higher security levels fast and bootstrap my own Startup Cyttraction where it's all about building a global future of learning infrastructure platform with a focus on risk training and knowledge management.
So I implemented the multiple revenue stream approach a bit different:
My startup has a global growth strategy, but I have to go step by step.
OMG. My mind was blown by the pace and amount of information delivered.
She's a great speaker that tells you really nothing that can help the normal person. She would be a hella of a car salesman
That’s because a ‘normal’ person doesn’t lift a finger to do anything over their paid job & will never escape the rat race 🤷♀️
You rock Codie! Love your channel and your passion to share your knowledge to us!
Agreed a service business is a trade off of your time and skill for money. Like an Accountant. Lawyer. Doctor etc.
In the town I went into school with, there was a combo laundromat/bar. It was awesome.
Im a (female) Economics teacher and you are absolutely fascinating and make me rethink so many things. :)
Thanks for this video! I have a Reiki holistic practice and hand made products aside from my 9-5 which is in the accounting field.
Girl, I have my notebook and pen out. Thankkk YOU! I FKKIN LOVE YOU! Saw this until the end, I am def the 9-5 apprehensive enterpenuere.. great info thank you!
