We had a terrible experience with FIA foods. We are living in USA from past 10 years so we get very less chance to ‘cook & provide’ food to our parents in India. They live in a small village in Vizianagaram district. We came to know about these FIA foods from couple of You Tube Vloggers, by seeing their great reviews we ordered non vegetarian & vegetarian pickles, some sweets and Podulu. Natu Kodi chicken pickle pieces were like rocks, hard to bite, long hairs were found in the pickles. Some pickles were too spicy & salty and too much of oil. Our parents said don’t order this kind of food for us any more. We give one star rating to FIA foods, one star we are giving for their fast courier service not for food taste. Our final impression on FIA foods is that they are providing quality foods only to TH-cam Vloggers to gain publicity. Stay away from FIA foods.

Hi Ravi, A follower from US sharing my horrible experience with FIA foods - we ordered a large package for overseas shipping after watching your video. FIA foods did not send us some of the items and said customs may have taken them. Very bad customer service and unethical practice by selling what may be removed in import. Hope you pass on this feedback!
