    Almost one year to the day when I first released a video created with Monroe Sound Science, I offer you another one… it’s been crafted with love and with a deep desire to help guide aspiring astral travellers into extraordinary states of being… to realms where only your imagination limits you and you can experience how powerful and unlimited you truly are.
    This chakra journey guides you into profound states of relaxation, opening the doorway for messages and insights to come through. It’s encoded with Monroe Sound Science, which uses techniques like binaural beats and phase modulation to gently guide your brainwaves into specific states of consciousness. It’s incredibly powerful technology and it’s an absolute honour to incorporate it in this yoga nidra for out-of-body experiences.
    I'd love to hear about your experience if you do try it ✨

    Yay, I have been hoping for a new monroe one. It's like you can read my mind. I use the other one every single day and it's the only time I ever astral projected at all during meditation. I have sleep paralysis NIGHTLY, and have researched during that state. I sat straight up out of my body and it felt like sleep paralysis, except while being able to actually move. It was a great experience just learning that!!! Sleep paralysis is largely misunderstood. It's another stage of consciousness where you are trapped in your physical body. I am super excited. I do have a wall of pillows, a pillow fort. My meditation station. I meditate every day at the exact same time..

      I love your routine.
      I think sleep paralysis is the equivalent to carrying a sleeping child or picking up a sleeping baby or trying to pick up a drunk person. It’s the same, a body asleep, but brain in a different state ( theta brain state) - simple as that. ❤🎉

      @Golden-Haired-Sif Have you ever had sleep paralysis? It is still terrifying to me when it happens, even today, and it's been happening to me since around the time I hit puberty. You can't move AT ALL. You can't roll, kick, punch, talk, scream, Blink and usually, I even feel like I'm having problems breathing, which puts me into a "freaking out, need to wake up now" mode. Lol I am grateful for my sleep paralysis, though. It's taught me a LOT and sent me on a journey of deep understanding. I have been searching for answers to life for 5 years, obsessively. I think I have figured out a lot of stuff, like what the purpose of life may be, why we are here, what we should be doing here, are we alone, what happens when we pass away, which religion (if any) is the most accurate, etc... Getting people to listen to what I have found is more difficult than I could have ever imagined, though. I think our goal is ascension and raising your individual vibrational frequency to the point that it no longer resonates with this physical plane of existence, and ascending to higher planes.
      I know sleep paralysis isn't just sleeping or dreaming because I've hadmore successful OBEs coming straight through sleep paralysis than I have through meditating for over a year, consistently. The time on my clock is always the same during Sleep paralysis than it is when I finally wake up. One time, I was at a hotel and had sleep paralysis. I could see red and blue lights flashing out the window to our room. When I finally woke up, there were actually police cars with lights on outside my hotel room. Science says it is when the mind wakes up before the body. But I don't necessarily believe that at all because the mind control the body. I've never fully woken up and actually been paralyzed and unable to move. It's always this in-between awake and sleep state. I'm not awake or asleep. There's been times I feel like I'm struggling to wake up and can't hold my eye lids open and fall back into sleep paralysis over and over again. When I finally woke up, my husband said I didnt move in real life lol but I had felt like I tried to get up multiple times, felt drunk, couldn't hold myself up or open my eyes lid, but I thought I had been successfully flailing during that time but my husband was awake when I woke up and said I hadn't moved really at all. So I do personally believe there's more to all of this than just the mind is awake and the body is asleep. Regardless, I have gone places during astral travel that I've never been in real life and shouldn't even really know what it looks like, yet I did. (Astral travel through sleep paralysis, it is easier to achieve through a sleep paralysis state than through meditation. I also believe I'm on a couple prescribed medications that make achieving OBE through meditation very difficult.)
      I've also had the uncanny ability to stay entirely lucid for up to an hour after I fall asleep. I can think about what I want to eat when I get up, I can hear what's happening in the room I'm in, I can have conscious thought, etc. It made me realize I've basically been accidentally meditating my entire life. Now THAT is mind awake, body asleep. It feels completely different than sleep paralysis. I think sleep paralysis is a gateway to the astral world. People see things during Sleep paralysis, like the paranormal, that they cannot see while awake. I've had the worst sleep paralysis in a house I'm 100% sure was haunted. Sleep paralysis is not just a state where the mind is awake, but the body is asleep. It's more than that. It's like OBE, but instead of having freedom, you are confined to a cell that is your physical body. You can't move AT all during Sleep paralysis and all you want is whoever is in the room with you to wake you up all of the way because it's very scary. Sometimes, you see figures that aren't really there in the physical world. It feels much different than meditation or lucid dreaming. Sometimes I fall asleep very quickly and as a result, go into a state of sleep paralysis where I try continuously to wake myself up to no avail. I finally think I'm really awake and fall right back into sleep paralysis, repeatedly. I fefinitely think it is waking up in the astral world (a non-physical plane) but unable to break free from your physical body. You are in astral form, but still confined to your physical body. I didnt realize sleep paralysis and astral projection felt the same before because I've only been able to do it through sleep paralysis in the past.. so I was in spiritual form but not able to leave my body because all I thought about during sleep paralysis was wanting to wake up. Now that I want to have sleep paralysis, it stopped happening so much. It's not fair lol.

    This one was crazy! I didn’t have an OBE or an astral experience but, man! I got so hot! I had to stop with only 20 mins left because I felt like there was a heating coil radiating inside my body and I couldn’t handle it anymore (it wasn’t a hot flash 😆). I’m going to try again tonight and see what happens. ✨

      I had this heating coil effect during a hypnotherapy session, this this is said to be due to internal healing 😍 Look up also novel studies of psychedelic guided therapies, those patients witnessed similar heat, so if thats your case too you are very lucky😇👍

    With a few of your exercises I have felt as if my breath stops, and it scares me, which from then on colors my experience. I have been thinking that this is because one accesses more subtle energy and hence breath is not needed anymore, but I need some evidence that that's actually the case. Is what I'm experiencing normal? Has it been studied that people actually stop breathing but it's not a problem as they keep themselves alive nonetheless?
    I feel that posting these questions will be beneficial to my fear response unconditioning, and I'll be grateful for the responses.

    • @RosalieYoga
      @RosalieYoga  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Thank you for sharing your experience. What you're describing is actually quite common. When entering deep states during meditation or astral projection practices, the breath can become so shallow that it feels like it's stopping.
      It’s called respiratory suspension and happens because your body’s need for oxygen decreases as you relax deeply, similar to what occurs in deep sleep.

      Rest assured, your body will always take a breath if needed, even if it feels like you’re not breathing. Studies have shown that in meditative states, breathing slows significantly, but it’s not harmful.
      This is one study, if you’d like to take a look:
