    My grandmother would have me and her lay down on the living room floor after lunch when I was a kid and we’d listen to cds she had bought. Now that I’m older in my 30s I realized she was playing the hemisync tapes and teaching me how to relax and meditate. I miss my mommom everyday. She taught me so much, and a lot of it I didn’t realize or appreciate till I was older. Thank you for all you do Rosalie!

      She sounds amazing! I wish I knew then as a kid what I’ve learned.. back then my gifts were so much stronger, I just didn’t understand them. Didn’t even realize I was projecting frequently almost every night, just assumed it was a dream since that’s what all the adults around me said

    I am beyond excited and proud to offer you this yoga nidra for OBEs that I have created together with the Monroe Institute. It is encoded with Monroe Sound Science, which uses techniques like binaural beats and phase modulation to gently guide your brainwaves into specific states of consciousness.
    It is my deep desire that my guidance together with this incredibly powerful technology will guide you into profound states of relaxation and possibly to realms where only your imagination limits you. It is my wish for you that you astral project with ease and experience how powerful and unlimited you truly are ✨
    I wrote back story to this video on my community page - it's been decades in the making!

    Wow 😮🤩it really works! I haven’t astral projected in a while. And this was probably like my 4th or 5th astral projection so far. And first one since 2024. I sometimes lucid dream, but I haven’t had a lucid dream in awhile as well. It worked on the first try. What I did was went to sleep 💤 at my normal bedtime. Then woke up a little after 5am, went to use the bathroom . Then, I got back in bed and put this guided meditation on. And tried not to move any parts of my body. Sometimes I will feel like an itch somewhere on my body, but i may scratch quickly while in alpha state. And then I return back to it. And yes 🙌 this works, using this again. Have this downloaded/saved. Thank you 🙏 for sharing, much appreciated!!! 😎✨

    Hi Rosalie....this week I was stressed at work and causing me to wake up 230 or 3am. I'm from Perth Western Australia and was from the Philippines. It was 315am, this morning of October 7,2023 Perth time, I couldn't go back to sleep, I told myself ii will try your new astral projection video u posted w/c is this one. I followed all your instructions without expecting to astral travel, only deep relaxation,. When your voice stopped, and as I listened to the sound, I tried to put my awareness that I got up from my body.and focus that I went outside our room, check my kids, the kitchen, the office then went back to my room where my wife sleep as well. Iam very aware that iam doing this intentionally, and be in my body again. I haven't really finished your video when I decided to take off my head phones with eyes close since I feel my body is fully relaxed and grounded when I decided to turn on my left side from lying on my back. When I was already on my left side getting ready to sleep...something happened...I suddenly see myself in our living room...saw a male person who looks like my co worker. I ask him if he wants beer but he just nodded...I can't see his face cleanly. I went to the kitchen when I was to grabbed the fridge. I suddenly started to swirl like a whirlpool . I was going inside out of the wall then out to the roof of our house....I'm fully aware of what is happening...I flouted fast up to the sky ...with eyes close...I'm aware of what is happening...I slowly opened up my eyes and I was really flying...saw houses ...then
    ..suddenly. mi feel like I'm going down but in a control manner. I came to a place I'm not familiar with. I walked and saw some houses that looks like I mean the environment is like that of the Philippines. I came into a house...it was like a maze..saw a woman and ask her where's the exit of the house. I can't remember what dialect we spoke.i saw myself walking out from the house and started walking...in my mind I'm already thinking of my body...it was like I'm already been hours away from home...then I suddenly see myself in a group of personalities known to me and that we are all drinking water then as if we are all very thirsty...then I just felt that I was back in bed or on my body ? after that last scene. Rosalie..my question is what do you call that experience? Was that a dream or I literally astral project? But I'm grateful for the experience and would like to thank you for your works and they are all contributing to my intentions . Ny I know where can I contact you. Email or whatever that will be more comfortable to both of us. More power to your channel. - Sammy

      Hi Sammy. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for your kind words. This definitely has many elements of an OBE, but really these kind of experiences in altered states are on a spectrum. For me, whether I label it an OBE or lucid dream or a dream it's not as important as the experience itself and the messages or benefits it might have brought. I would make sure to write it down it a dream journal. It might have a message for you that becomes clearer later on and it also sends a signal to your subconscious that these kind of experiences are important to you and you want more of them! Keep going - you're definitely on the right track! You can always contact me via my website: www.RosalieEsilva.com.

Atleast, now because of your channel, I now have a tool aside from yoga nidra, helps me alot whenever I feel tired, your voice is soothing alongside with your binaural beats. That whenever I woke up early in the morning, instead of doing nothing while can't back to sleep, i now I have something interesting to perform. Much love and power to your channel

      Thanks for sharing. I really wish I can have the experience you have. Have you practiced this before? Was this your only knowledge of meditation? I have other questions bc I have been reading quite a bit but really trying to obtain this altered state of consciousness before I go deeper as proof. I’m still seeking this empirical proof with openness but been trying for at least a year. Thanks IA.

      No experience is required set an intent and open your mind. The hardest part is to realize you cannot micro manage this. Learn to control your thoughts before you step into a obe or you will not like the outcome of such. In that realm of existence your thoughts create your reality.

    • @TheRespect724
      @TheRespect724 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Do not count minutes matter of fact learn to keep your brain awake and lay there. I tend to do it without music I meditate I explore the darkness of my mind until the light shows us then I follow it home. I cannot tell you how long it takes because I am so engulfed in my exploration of my mind and/or darkness and self reflection that I only realize I am ready when my body starts to vibrate then I prepare to launch.

      It's merely the mindset you have. Go into meditation with a clear Intent and a open mind. Energy flows as like the river if you place something in front of the stream as a thought is shall build a dam and not let the water flow freely.

    Thank you. I am in pain most of the time and find it hard to be comfortable for more than about 30 minutes. I feel I am close to achieving something but never quite get there. I used to get the vibrations years ago, but shut them down as I didn't know then what they were and it scared me. 🙏💖

    • @RosalieYoga
      @RosalieYoga  ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Hi Jacky. Thanks for sharing your experience with me and I'm really sorry to hear you're in pain most of the time. You might find it easier to try a completely different approach, like converting a lucid dream into an OBE. That way you put your focus on learning to lucid dream and then when you're in a lucid dream, you can intentionally convert it into an OBE.
      The easiest way to get started with lucid dreaming is to practice a trigger throughout your (like pulling your finger and asking yourself, "Am I dreaming or am I awake?"). If you do it often enough it becomes a habit and you'll find yourself doing it in a dream. And if you are dreaming something weird will likely happen with your finger (it will stretch for example). You'll realise you're dreaming and then you can create a window or door and state your intention that when you walk through the door/ window, you will be in an out-of-body experience!
      I hope this helps - sending lots of positive energy your way ✨

      I like the other hemisync too, but her voice is more soothing to experience. The freestyle music after the instructions is sorely needed which wasn’t in the training CD, but maybe that was intentional given the potential for beginners to do it wrong. I’m only sad that I haven’t experienced willful OOB, I think I had accidental ones early in life and I may have blocked myself bc it was not pleasant with other beings around that did not have good energy.

    This is by far the best one I've listened to. I almost gave up multiple times then around 1:10 I felt a little jolt in my body and I twitched then suddenly I felt energy move over me and my hands and forearms went numb and I was like I had astral hands and physical hands. As though I let go of part of my physical body and began to feel my astral body for the first time.
    I will keep practising. I believe I'm almost there.

    • @RosalieYoga
      @RosalieYoga  ปีที่แล้ว +9

      If you're falling asleep, it means your body really needs it. Once you've made up that sleep deficit, you will find it easier to stay awake :)
      But there are a few things you can tweak if you keep falling asleep. The time you practice makes a huge difference. If you're practicing in bed before sleep, it's very likely you'll fall asleep. I would suggest trying when you're not as sleepy (like an afternoon nap) or try the "wake back to bed method," (WBTB) so you wake up about 4-6 hours after going to sleep, move to another area (like your sofa) and try it then. Many people report more success with the WBTB method.
      I would also suggest using short yoga nidras to train yourself to stay away in the "mind awake, body asleep" state. Try a 10 or 15 minute one. The more you do it, the easier it will be to stay awake in that state. I have lots of them here: th-cam.com/play/PLGpHpcp0O8tDEEDI6J4wcPiTZviJAQyQy.html
      And I have more tips on how not to fall asleep in this video too: th-cam.com/video/M7Qj4RCL4zI/w-d-xo.html
      Hope this helps!

    I had my first OBE last night! I have been listening to your videos for over a month every night and I tend to fall asleep. Last night I fell asleep around the 40-minute mark. Later I woke up in what felt like a lucid dream, in my bed. I had my eyes closed and I was incredibly calm. I got this incredibly almost orgasmic and icy feeling in my whole body as I felt my energy lift out of my body. I didnt have full control tho. I couldnt stay calm enought. I'm gonna practice staying calm. Just being in the present moment outside of my body. Not think about what to do next. Because I couldnt decide what to do next haha. A few weeks ago I almost managed to go out of my body while I was awake. But I got so excited I stopped it because I couldnt stay calm in it. I'm so proud of myself! I have always wondered, is this really real??? Now I know. Thankyou for making these Yoga Nidra videos. I'm really grateful. They help me fall asleep so well too.

      @@RosalieYoga As you know, it's VERY rarely we have results on the first alternative method to project. If one at least gives me lucid dreams, I know I'm on the path. I've developed an ability to "separate" during a lucid dream easier than I can from any other method. I've trained my mind to know when I control a dream to immediately get to "rolling" out(honestly I have to violently roll around and force myself out). I prefer to just SIT UP when I'm in that space B4 a lucid dream. Your meditations have provided BOTH OPTIONS. Very rare. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SOUL❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Very powerful track, all different from the dozens of Astral Projection videos i've tried so far and which brought me close to an OBE or helped to have a lucid dream. This one went further, even if i still have to practice. I will definitely combine this one in a comfortable setting with a small dosage of psilocybine, to see where it takes me.
    Keep up your good work and many thanks for sharing your experience with the community.

      What is psylocibine? Does that relax you?

    • @guymod
      @guymod ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DavidBowieFan1990 Psilocybin is the substance you find in magic mushrooms and truffles, the synthetic form is known as LSD. I prefer the natural form, which is also easier to handle when it comes to dosage. I get my truffles more or less legaly from the Netherlands, where you can buy them in a Headshop.
      "Psilocybin puts you in a non-ordinary state of consciousness characterised by a changes in emotional state and perception, including experiences of self, space and time."
      Even when it's not a substance to 'play around', i don't consider it as a drug. For me, drugs are substances, you take to 'forget' and that put you in a certain state of numbness and get you addicted to them.
      Psylocybin opens/expands your mind and makes you 'remember' and that's why some non-experienced folk saw it decades ago as a danger and prohibited it. It can't make you addicted, because taking to much in short period of time makes you tolerant to the substance and it has no effect anymore, until your body 'washed it out' again, and after that, there's no need for more. It's about knowing when you're ready for the next trip and there can be months between.
      Still you can overdose your single trip, but with a dosage calculator, you are quite safe, speeking for mushrooms and truffles, not LSD!
      One also needs to know that a trip can make you also 'remember' bad things from the past, which means, confront you with your very own 'demons'. Known as a 'bad trip' at that very moment is for most of the people, after they gone through, very relieving, because they feel free after.
      More and more studies and research are proving that psilocybin has many benefits to battle anxiety, depression, addiction,...
      I recommand you watching 'How to change your mind' by Michael Pollan on Netflix or read his book. There's also plenty of documentaries here on youtube about the subject.
      P.S. One can easily kill himself by drinking to much coffee, energy drinks, alcohol or even an excessive amount of water, or eat to much sugar, fat,... but it doesn't come to anybody's mind to put these substances on a prohibition list. It's all about a respectful handling and common sense.

    I’ve listened to this video twice now and both times towards the end of the meditation I’ve had the same experience. I see what seems to be hundreds of photos of my life being shuffled before me. Just random scenes and objects in a vivid printed photo just being thrown down in front of my eyes. It’s like they are being shuffled and filed.
    Just at the point where I feel I might be about to astral projection I get a sharp poke between my shoulders and wake up.
    Does anyone else experience this?

      @@RosalieYogaFirstly, I’m super honored that you’d like to know.
      Secondly, I LOVED this track. The Monroe Institute is a favorite of mine and the two of you combined is a dream come true for aphantasia. I’ve used this many times and I honestly haven’t remembered a single one. Maybe I’m leaving my body and just not ready to remember yet. I’ve had a lot of trauma and I’ve been working with a shaman to heal some wounds. I definitely have something subconsciously blocking me and who knows, maybe I’ll get my sight back. I think the fact that I used to visualize and then it stopped is why I get so frustrated with the black emptiness. I plan to keep using it and I will keep you updated on my progress. I also plan on doing some shadow work and childhood healing.
      Lastly, you’re beautiful and so great. Thank you for giving so much of yourself towards helping all of us explore our universe more fully. ❤

    I just started learning and using meditation a few weeks ago and wow, I get the tingles everytime I meditate. I am an empath but didn't know it until lately as well. Al I knew is I could read people's emotions before they say anything and would have them relaxed or smiling in minutes but then I got depressed. I didn't know why but anyways what meditation is best for getting rid of negativity that has taken over my life the last few years and to get answers how to get rid of it? I ended up without a job, living at parents, no car no license and can't seem to get out of it no matter how hard I try. I do t even get dressed anymore, no meds help and I still try but it's getting harder and harder. I feel I been attacked so.ehow, spiritually.😢

      Sorry to hear this, depression is pure hell. I’ve been there many times. What truly helps is making yourself get out and socialize as hard as that is. Also getting out in the sunshine is a big help. Exercise another suggestion. But what really pulled me out of it for good I hope at least is I started praying to God for help daily saying that I was turning it over to him/her/it and would out my trust in him/her/it and somehow just doing that helped because I was taking the ball and puting it in someone else’s court. Well it’s been 2 years later and boy the change that God has made in my life has been monumental. I have purpose now and am so much happier and soooo extremely grateful and I express that gratitude through prayer as often as it pops into my head to do so. I pray you will find relief from your depression and just know that your not alone. ❤

    Hi, I've tried your 5-step method during both the day and at night (just before going to sleep and after waking up in the middle of the night); with no luck so far. When I try it during the day I always get some body vibrations, but at night I get none. But I also note that my body tends to periodically tense up a little during my day sessions, and then I have to re-relax it. So that seems to be self-defeating. Then I heard on another video that trying to project during the day was the most difficult time and that trying after you wake up is easier, since your body is then still partially asleep. Please give me your thoughts on this. Thanks.

      Hi Julia. A fast beating heart is very common, but please rest assured it's not your physical heart beating that quickly (it's the energy duplicate of your heart). The best way I have found to deal with this is to focus all your attention away from the physical body and and any sensation of the body. So, you could for example start to imagine where it is you want to go and use commands like, "[Kitchen] now!" Hope that helps a bit ✨

      You're describing the vibrational state - it's a part of the process, and knowing what to expect may make it less scary. It's very common to hear loud noises, roars or other noises (like knocks and pops) in this state and you could also feel energy surges and vibrations.
