    This is by far my favorite of all your sessions. Your voice is so soft, so subtle, so relaxed. This sounds so unscripted, like your dialogue is really coming from a place of great inspiration. None of the others quite compare. Thank you for this great tool I’m very grateful to be able to use this during this chapter in my life.

    This popped up precisely as I was getting ready to choose a Nidra for my morning practice. It was a beautifully relaxing experience. After the guided part was over, I stayed emerged for 20 more minutes, enjoying the magical binaural beats and deep body breathing. Thank you 💜☮️

    Hi Rosalie, I have been trying this for a year and was sucessfull and had an Out of Body experience , where I got to see my baby boy , who I have been griving now for 1 year. So I have been doing this every night , I run one video after the other for the whole night , is this ok to do , it helps with me having a deep sleep and I have found myself having other experiences. Thank you.

    Thank you so much for your videos. I haven’t been able to astral project yet but it’s a journey. I am able to fall into a deep meditative state very easily now and it is such a beautiful feeling. Thank you again!

    I successfully went to a different dimension on my first try. I'm a natural.
    Ended up in a universe with different physical laws, spectating the life of a guy with telekinesis.
    Was brought back to my body by nicotine cravings. Felt like I was there for days.
    I came with scepticism but am impressed by the results. Idk if it's internally generated or what but it was impressive either way.

    I like this one a lot! People have been using your videos to successfully enter the void state and I’ve been trying these every few days since I found them. Idk if you take requests but I was wondering if you’d be willing to make a guided yoga nidra video like this specifically to enter the void state? It’s also known as the “I am” state, becoming conscious of the subconscious, or midway point between wake and sleep. The state can be used for easy lucid dreaming or astral projection and also instant manifestation. Thanks for your high quality audios 💕

    Hi Rosalie, thank you so much for all your videos. They never fail to make me fall asleep calmly. I just have a question. Is it common to have many and also very vivid dreams while you are practicing to astral project? I realise that the more I practice, the more dreams I can remember daily. Last night I even think I had 3 or 4 different dreams! Sadly I don't really push through with keeping my mind awake lately because I'm just pretty tired. Closest I've gotten with astral projection was getting intense vibrations and also seeing a bright light behind my eyes. I'm sure that if I get an OBE, it will be with one of your videos :) thanks again for all your work!

      This has been happening to me as well. The more I listen to binaural beats and do guided meditation the more vivid my dreams are.

    I saw a lush green plateau, pastureland kinda. I am very happy there and clicking pictures in winterwear of flowers and butterflies. Then suddenly my physical body pulled me back as it was getting cold. Can you please explain this?

    Best one! Hi Rosalie! You help me so much. I wanted to join your course but there are no more spots in august to speak with you. Can you open up September. I'm a libra anyway, so I feel the universe connecting us in that way. I have cptsd and you are one of the only ways I can sleep. You make me
    feel safe. I have been in energy state but can't exit my body. I get afraid and scare myself back into my physical body. Can you help?

      As for the fear your experiencing, a lot of it comes down to practice and experience. If you know something could happen and what to look out for, it becomes less scary if/ when it does happen.
      There are things you can do though to help keep you calm and centered though, like imagining yourself encircled in a big bubble of protective light, calling upon your guides and asking them for their help, assistance and protection (if that's something that resonates with you) and also knowing that nothing can physically hurt you. If you do get spooked, all you have to do is think of your physically body and you will phase right back in.
      Overcoming your fears is really key if you want to go deep into the practice - that along with limiting beliefs will hold you back. Try to see astral projection as a great inner or spiritual adventure - like you're an explorer setting off on an exciting voyage... just go with the flow and see what happens ✨

    What do I do with my eyes? It takes too much effort to keep them closed so I'm never able to relax them completely and it spoils my exercises every time. It just feels like their default position is open 😢 and my eyes just want to drift and look around. Do I keep them still? I usually try to follow shapes and dots that "see" but they always disappear when I try to focus on them.

      Try wearing an eye mask that has deep socket darkness (meaning the mask has a space around the eye where it doesn't touch the eye at all. Works for me and I have major issues keeping my eyes closed.

    your videos are extremely helpful and you are very good at comforting the viewer , however i can't seem to get it right i have been trying to lucid dream or astral project for years now , and i have normal and realistic feeling dreams very very frequently (most nights) . when trying to astral project i tend to not be able to feel most of my body sort of for a while and get to a point where i feel i'm beginning to float or something and i get intense butterflies in my stomach and end up waking myself or thinking to much about it , do you have any advice ? o do try my hardest to relax and not think to much

    Is it common for your eyes to get jerky like I guess when sleeping? I was not asleep but my eyes were moving so much. I’m assuming that means I was having some success.
