I figured a mix of your videos and indoor climbing nearly every day and more than once a day would be a good plan. I am seeing results I've never seen before. If I could just stick to the diet I'd be set, but thanks for the videos! They really help! :D

Hey guys. Love ur workouts. I was wondering if you can do hiit tabata strength(squats, lunges etc) if you have scoliosis. I've been doing them with light weight, but I'm still not sure. For example the ones where you do a plank and use one hand to support ur body can be painful
We'd recommend more low impact routines as they will be easier on your joints and back. HIIT is a very general term that encompasses many varieties of circuit training. At the most basic level, a H.I.I.T. routine includes 5-120 seconds sets of work with anywhere between 5-120 seconds of rest. There are countless combinations and variations using cardio, weight training, and calisthenics.
