I like your project and videos. Dennis Carpenter (Charlotte, NC) says they have most of the colors and such for a 1963 Fairlane in stock. I have to check on 63 parts because I am doing a 66 2 dr hardtop Fairlane 500 GTA restomod. I'm going with a stroked 351W and I am currently looking for a 94-2000 Explorer. I want from the belt line down. The 8.8 disc brake rear axle in a 3.55 to 3.73 posi/limited slip is 1/2 inch different from my 66. The front end is also and I'm going to use the entire front suspension and brake system. It will be a dozen times safer and handle Great!!! 4 wheel disc brakes and a set of 16x8 rims will fit. I'm going a little psycho on 3 components/features of the car. 1st 6-spd Tremac transmission. 2nd; a dual 4 barrel Holley induction system and lastly a traditional Old-school Flame job paint over black. That setup rolling on a set of Cragar SSs with lo-pro 16s, will be the Best to me. Of course, I gotta have a set of dice on the rearview and a pair of spark plugs in the tailpipes! Ya'll Take Care and best wishes for your Fairlane! -John
