I remember picking the game up when it came out, hearing this opening song and thinking, "This sounds really familiar...wait...is this The Hu?!" So awesome that they got some more exposure. The song also pops up in the arena and Cal says, "Oh, I like this band." Which I guess means that they're canon in the SW universe.
Did you also know that the Hu's song Sugaan Essana isn't in Mongolian so the Mongolians listening to it have the same lack of comprehension of the lyrics as the rest of the world to their Mongolian lyrics.
The band's song "Sugaan Essena" is heard twice in the game, first in the opening scene as the protagonist Cal Kestis listens to it on a headset, and later as Kestis battles creatures in the Haxion Fight Pit on the Ordo Eris map.
Cal Kestis about the Hu: "Hey, I recognize this band"

For reference, the horse-head fiddle is an instrument where the string is NOT pressed to the fingerboard. The finger typically comes into contact with the finger or nail touching the string from the side or from underneath, with the fingertip anchoring on the board. So, finger contact from the side or from below, but not bending/stretching the string any more than contact with it.
Oh that's cool that you've played Fallen order bruh! I love that game. I'm even starting to do my hair like Cal's because I look somewhat like him and I'm a similar age haha. There is a part in the game where Cal gets captured by a bounty hunter and sent to a prison, and there, he does an arena fight where this song plays. It also plays in the *very first* cutscene in the background, where Cal is working on the scrap planet Bracca. I never thought I'd be able to unleash my Star Wars nerdism on this particular channel lol! 😂 And yes, assuming you liked it, PLAY IT AGAIN MAN!
As for the song, I like it quite a bit. They are not actually speaking any real language; they created an alien language for them to sing. Apparently, they were like, "We need some alien sounding people. Bring in the Mongolians!" 🤨😆 Glad you liked the song and the game. Awesome video man!
Instrument called 'Horse head fiddle' and those strings are made from horse tails. Intresting fact that the intrument can make a horse noises(u can listn from Yu we Yu we Yu by The Hu). GL and make more reaction videos( from your new fan😁😁)

I recognize it from the game, but I can see if you are focused on the game it kinds of blends into the ambiance of thegame. And if I recall they use different parts of the song for different feels, like fighting scenes or high tension situations.

One of the game's composers for the soundtrack's wife heard their song Wolf Totem and sent the video to her husband suggesting that they be on the soundtrack and they got to help create the language used for the song and that is their only song in a language other than Mongolian so far anyway. This is the coolest awesomest band on the planet and they just concluded their most recent American tour and will be in Europe starting in March of 2022 and their second album will be coming out in early 2022. They also did a couple Metallica songs you might want to check out for the songs Sad But True and Through The Never from The Black List .

They dont need to lock into tracks for games. These guys are global and the game was for fun really. They tour internationally every year.

That 2 stringed instrument only requires just a touch to the string to change the tone and note. Unlike a cello or violin it has NO FRETS.
Just a heads up, violins, violas, cellos, and contrabasses don't have frets.
