    보통 장아찌는 처음에 뜨거울태 붓고 두번째는 식혀서넣든데요 명이는 두번다 또거울때 붓더라구요 명이가 질겨서 그런가보다 생각만 했었는데 쌤은 처음에도 식은걸 붓는데 이유가 있나요?

    소주는 끓이면 알콜성분은 다 날아가는데, 두번째는 전부 합한것을 끓이잖아요?? 그럼 무의미한것 아닐까 라는 생각이 머리속에서 떠나질 않아요..누가 좀 알려주세요.
