- Randy Blythe was unable to perform at this show due to COVID-19. So, Mark Hunter of Chimaira, Anders Fridén of In Flames and Matt Heafy of Trivium filled in on lead vocals.

Inflames started as a Death Metal band and Anders is a beast. Not surprised he killed it.

Before covid hit they were gonna be on a tour in Europe with a bunch of bands, but that never got announced and all fell through, so let’s hope it happens soon!

They will come back. I hope it has a new and improve line up than the old members. I hope my favorite Chimaira guitarist, Matt Szlachta, original rhythm guitarist Jason Hager, and drummer Richard Evensand would return to Chimaira for this awesome reformation reunion! This will be the real, true, and number 1 best line up of Chimaira! And I hope they play "On Broken Glass" again! That would be more awesome!
They are going to eventually. I talked to Rob and they have their families and other jobs but they will do a couple of shows. Same with Byron of God Forbid.

It was awesome to have these guys to step up and play with the LoG! It made it an entertaining and unique show. Fortunately I got to see Randy with his crew at Soaring Eagle, last time! The show must go on!

@@chroniclegend1795 One thing I've learned from years of gigs is to just enjoy these weird shows if you're ever at them, cos chances are it'll never happen again. You'll have plenty of chances to see LoG with Randy, but not many to see something like this.

I had no idea that this all went down. Just found out about it. Big ups to Mark for not being on stage for over 5 years and giving it all he had with short notice. It isnt easy to use your voice in that way if you dont do it regularly. It takes routine and repetitiveness to keep you vocals trained to be top notch at screams and growls. Awesome show.

Anders is an amazing hard vocalist. Its that he prefers to primarily sing and write poppier music that rubs most people wrong. Go watch him live at sticky fingers from like 05. Best live concert on YT
Totally amazing gig. 05' was their year. Jeppe was mildly sober and they had fun.
Some earlier gigs in 02' and even 98' 99' might beat 05'
Anders has always been in my top tier of growlers. I don't recall him ever loosing his growl , it's just unfortunate I never get to hear him growl non stop in the super old school death metal way anymore aside form a song here or there cause he's one of the best along with Randy himself and Corpsegrinder imo.
I'm a huge chimaira fan and when I heard that Mark was gonna front lamb of god I was like what!!!! I love randy as well and hope he recovers okay but I'd just love nothing more to see chimaira come back!!!

In Flames have been my fave band for half my life, I just don't like the new direction and most of the line up is gone. I respect every old and new member, but I dont expect they might release new music that I like, just as much as I didnt expect Anders to still be such a beast on vocals. i thought he went mellow, and still, he can scream like a demon. I wish he sang more LoG songs

Anders was tremendous and Mark was very good as well. Even though his voice was shot for the show. He obviously practiced the material the day before too hard and didn't have enough time to recuperate fully. He still did a great job and was peefect on Chimaira reunion tour.
Mathew heafy clean vocal flip on 512 was pretty sick.
For future reference when the vocalist calls for a huge pit.. You turn the camera to the pit End of conversation. Just a heads up

I’m always a bit confused to hear people comment on Anders growls. He’s literally never stopped…. Sure their album vocals have shifted a bit but he’s always done them live.
Right? The gutterals never left.. only on the albums he started using them less frequently but live he's never stopped
@@andrewjames3005 I feel like the majority of the people who make this comment haven't seen In Flames live. Anders has always been one of the most consistent and effortless vocalists out there. If anything his live vocals have gotten dramatically better, especially on the last few album cycles.
